I want to GIVE A LOUD THANK YOU to Dave & Dylan in the copy department!! I needed to get some business cards made, and didn't have the time frame to get them done online like I usually do, so it was suggested I use STAPLES. I can't tell you the last time I'd visited the store, but so glad I did. Dave, along with Dylan, were so knowledgeable and professional and went above & beyond to resolve the problems I was having with the printing of my business cards!! It took two days to correct, but they both worked to resolve the issue l!!! Thank you STAPLES for employing such wonderful employees, you now have a new lifetime customer!

Yesterday I came in to have some art work printed up. I'm not a very "techy" person so I needed help. Trinity was working in the printing area and I must say, I had the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced here before! I was having difficulty finding things I downloaded on my phone to be able to send the info. to the printers. Trinity assisted me in the most professional, patient and friendly manner. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me to get my art printed. The prints turned out so nice and I absolutely couldn't have done this without her generous help! Thank you Trinity for making my experience such an incredibly positive one! You know your job so well and I'm grateful I had your over the top help!

I went here the other day to do so business for a client and part of it involved a rather ridicuous amount of copying and file changing. I want to give a shout out to Dylan, who - though very busy indeed - still took the time to help me out with the more confusing things. Excellent customer service.

Trying to buy ink cartridges from my printer can be confusing.
I went to my nearby Staples store on Woodruff Road in Greenville.
Nathan (employee) greeted me as soon as I got into the store and walk me to the printer ink location.
He then looked at my used ink cartridges and handed me the replacement container.
Nathan is definitely the Easy Button..

They were very accommodating in helping me design a return address stamp. I accidentally ordered one that was way too small, they called to tell me before driving to pick it up that I should order a few sizes larger. Had it ready for me same day. Awesome customer experience!

Dave in the print department went above and beyond the call of duty. When my order didnt print correctly he called me and asked me if I had an original I could send him or if I could come in and so I did. We worked on it for about an hour together while he was tending to other customers as well and we got it perfect. Thank you Dave.

Was looking for counterfeit detection pen, went straight to an employee and asked. She got on her radio and I had the aisle number within 20 seconds. Then when I got to the registers, another employee opened a register even though there wasn't much of a line. Very good, friendly service and reasonable prices.

I print stuff here periodically and it's pretty simple (connect through Google Drive, email, flash drive, etc.) with no need to wait in line at check out.
I also just purchased a home office printer in this store recently. They price matched with an online store selling for cheaper, and the associate (Bastian) was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about the various options, helped me stay in my price range, and offered a better (more cost effective) solution than I was even looking for. Thanks for the support!

Made a trip here. Bought school supplies. Notebook paper $.25,folders $.25, spiral notebooks $.25, also bought cleaning supplies method bathroom and all purpose. I had a $10 coupon ended up paying less than $2. Clerk was very helpful.

Todd in the furniture department got me into a very nice chair and a decent desk, and he also found me some coupons to get me out under budget. The coupons may have cost the store 40 bucks or so, but I'm going to keep coming back even though it's out of my way. Todd is the kind of guy every employer should be fighting to keep!

I've always gotten excellent service at this location. The store is organized well and easy to shop. One of the managers, Lisa, goes out of her way to make sure I have a pleasant experience when I go in to shop and has helped me on several occasions with coupon and rewards issues. The whole staff is really top notch.
