Sandra helped me sooooo much today! I have been to 3 stores where the associates where not helpful at all! She went over and beyond to make sure I saved my number! Her level of empathy was beyond measure and I am forever grateful for her hard work and dedication!

Went into the location to purchase an iPhone Xs an the staff was very helpful. A young guy named Luis assisted me and was honest about the service an all. I felt happy upon transaction completion. The sales rep was smart and knew the "art of the Deal" ask for Luis if you go in! he is the best rep!

Leslie did a wonderful job setting me up on a new Cricket family plan. She answered every question and talked with the other carrier to switch over service immediately.

I switched over to cricket a few months ago and Estrella was the one that helped me. Recently I went back to get an upgrade with her. She is 100% recommended. She is very profesional and kind.

So her name is Regina my experience at the Cricket store on Capital Boulevard with Regina and Estrella they were the best two Representatives I've ever worked with and I'm very pleased I will give them over it or 10 * for their time and patience with me and that help with Abundance of Joy because I didn't have any problems and they make sure everything was okay and everything went well before I left and I will write them over a $10 the best customer service Representatives I have ever met. I would recommend for people to come and ask for those two especially cuz they are great people thank you

They are honestly some of sweetest people I have met. I called so many times because I was desperate for a phone because it was messing up. Each time I called they were able to assist me and listened to me go on and on. Went there earlier with a friend and they treated me with such respect. We laughed and joked and it was like being with old friends. 10/10 I would recommend to friends and family

When my iphone 6 was beyond repair and I had to set up a new phone that I purchased online, Crickett employee Angel came to the rescue. Because I am self-employed, my phone is my lifeline to my business. Naturally, I was anxious to get my phone set up with all my data restored ASAP! I had no idea how to tackle it myself, and there were some snags getting it all done, but Angel could not have been more helpful or gracious in assisting me. He proved himself to be incredibly knowledgeable and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. I felt incredibly fortunate that he came to wait on me as it became clear that I could not have had better service from anyone else. I definitely felt that an "Angel" was sent to help me! I arrived with my family of 5 about 20 mins before they closed, both Kailee and Karina were occupied with other customers but still greeted us. We oggled at the phones for a couple minutes and Karina aproached us to assist. Let it be known that my mother-in-law speaks primarily spanish and I can't speak it at all, but Karina was handling us both without skipping a beat as we spit fired our questions. It was very clear she was well educated in the plans, deals, pricing, etc, even some info regarding the specificity of how other networks opporate. If she didn't know something Kailee did. As she helped us the store closed and there was another party waiting to be helped after us. Both Karina and Kailee strided right through closing and stayed servicely, to the point of offering other products and services that could be taken care of right there.

This was the most seamless and comforting experience in switching companies that my mother-in-law and I have had. Karina and Kailee genuinely know what they are talking about and have a great talent in customer connection. I recommend this location over any to avoid another headache in the trails cell phone service, if these two are working you'll be in for a treat.

Brooke was amazing. She gave me the SIMcard that everyone was wanting to charge me for. She gave me a discount and gave me additional gigs for free. I will continue to be a Cricket customer by her actions alone.
