Nice well stocked Target store. Only thing is rough pavement in the turn lane to get into the parking lot but that's the city's issue.

Still getting used to the concept of a two level Target store. Where I'm from there are all single level. 😆

Jesus in Customer Service is amazing!!! He is just so focused on customers and kind. He is in the right place and I hope he rises to top management because he is very professional and calm. Thank you, Jesus for giving me such a great experience today!! 🤗🤗🤗Diana on the other hand is rude and needs more training and should be in a stock room. 🤬

I'm thankful that I live within walking distance from this place. This Target is much nicer than the one in Emeryville. And it's in a better area too

I shop at this target all the time. Periodically find my coffee on sale here. They have a great return policy! :)

My favorite place to shop. This branch is going an extra mile taking care of visual standards and the customer. I have been shopping there for almost 7 years and never been disappointed. I had some mixed experiences in some other branches but this was has always been good. It is not easy! Well done team Albany...

A completely average Target store. You get exactly what you'd expect and you won't get shanked in the parking lot. Highly recommended for all of your disposable made in China purchases.

Love this Target location, it’s safe, clean and well stocked. The fitting rooms were also very clean, the staff is keeping this store well organized.

Very helpful on helping me with my target app...super friendly greeting everyone. Even helping the elderly people with their groceries and other bigger items they seem to struggle. #1 employee of the month! I bragged about her to my coworkers at Kaiser Permanente. I will definitely be coming here on my way home from work.

The clerks are very pleasant. We were able to find what we needed. Customer service took the time to find the correct price on items. No stress at the checkout.

The Starbucks concession at this location put away snacks early (8:15 pm), since the case was empty and clean. I got a small cup of coffee, since I couldn't tell what snack were available. I drank it while I was shopping and it had a burnt taste. Target is FIVE STARS. Starbucks is THREE STARS.

I can't believe I'm really doing this. But the employees were the nicest I have ever encountered. I was asked how I was doing by at least 6 during the 30 minutes I was there. They were completely genuine and I even had full conversations with a few. Just completely unexpected, especially at a bigger place like Target.

excellent customer service. cleanliness of all departments I visited, cleanliness of the bathrooms.. Ted in the Toy Department has extremely high standard, the department I always well stocked and he goes that extra mile to provide assistance to customers. You guys should use him for training other staff. He has helped me during Christmas,shopping trips and is so professional!

The optical department at the Alameda Target on 5th Street is fantastic They are the best! Worked with Studio and Malia, they took care of me and got me my new contacts I so desperately needed. I won't go anywhere else from now on, they made my experience so pleasant, it made my day!
