They do such a good job explaining things to their customers and have everything you ever need.

The staff were friendly and helpful. When I arrived later in the morning on a Saturday, a few parts I needed were already out of stock. My guess is pool service people had come earlier in the morning and bought most of the items. My recommendation would be to go earlier in the morning to avoid some parts being out of stock (in my case, a hose swivel).
