ZWILLING Neighborhood Shop

I stopped by here last week and got this great set of pots and pans that totally leveled up my cooking game. Even better, they were on sale (who doesn't love a good bargain)! The staff there is just top-notch - so helpful and accommodating. This store is definitely getting a shiny 5 out of 5 from me! Swing by, you might find your new kitchen treasure.

We normally visit this Zwilling location on the weekends whenever we get a Zwilling product itch. There's ample parallel street parking right in front of the store. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Some go out their way to engage in conversations and those little things really make the trip worth it.

Pricing is very fair, especially when there is a sale. My GF and I brought in our Zwilling Pro Knives for sharpening at $1 per inch.
There's also a full cooking studio next door where they host cooking seminars and events.

Big shout out to Susan and Anna! They were very very accommodating during our last visit! We are definite Zwilling customers for life.

Before you buy anything here, know that you can't return anything even if there is a manufacturing defect. If you really want to buy something they sell, find it on amazon or another store in case you have a problem. I purchased a 12" stainless skillet from this store recently. After using the pan ~5 times, the cap on one of the rivets (what attaches the handle to the pan) popped off while I was cooking (see photo attached). It was so loud that my wife heard it from the other side of my house with the TV on. I wasn't really sure what happened, but after I very carefully looked through what I was cooking in the pan, I found the small rivet cap mixed into the food. We're lucky nobody ate it and broke a tooth or choked! Very obvious cheap materials and poor craftsmanship went into this pan. I've had Calphalon and Misen stainless pans that I've used 100+ times without any problems. The worst part is that when I took it back to the store they told me they couldn't do ANYTHING to help me and I had to call zwilling myself and deal with it. Turns out zwilling won't do a return, regardless of the circumstances so they just sent me a new pan. I will never use one of their pans again so it's going straight into the garbage. Terrible product, even worse customer service from both this store and zwilling.

The pan I had only used few times and they’re not gonna replace it for me even though it has product defect . And “ currently out of stock” as the excuse. Is it the way ZWILLING handling the issue? Also I can see the same model pans on ZWILLING official website. Unbelievable ZWILLING customer service is so bad and a such liar.

This store manager (female) was crazy, rude, irresponsible, sneaky, had serious attitude issue. She ignored all of my the questions and requests. Not only refused to answer, help, and solve the problem for customers, the way she talked was like she didn't want to help in any way, none of her business. Better to know shame of herself, with the title she didn't deserve! Avoid in any way to this store if you don't want to ruin your day and experience!
