Bought my first pair of Hokas here today, and will definitely be back again. I was helped by Madeline, and she was professional and responsive to my requests - not overwhelming me with jargon, but enthusiastic to answer any questions I had.

It was a great experience, and I will be recommending to others. I appreciate they open at 9am on weekdays - that simple fact of opening 1-2 hours before other shoe stores is why I initially chose them.

Sarah provided an incredible retail customer experience! She gave me a detailed fitting/assessment and worked with my specific foot issues to find a shoe to fit my needs. My experience in store is similar to all of the other 5 star reviews. Save yourself the time and GO HERE and nowhere else. It sadly feels like customer service is really lacking most places, but you will not be disappointed at Fleet Feet!

I have been going to Fleet Feet for years - back when it was Marathon Sports. When I first visited the team provided helpful feedback to identify a running shoe that worked well for my feet. I have been coming back to buy replacement pairs ever since. I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and will keep coming back.

Kim was helpful and awesome to work with. She scanned and brought me a few ideal shoes based on my daughter being new to running. Top notch customer service. They support Southwest Lakers!

I received outstanding assistance and guidance from Sarah. She asked me about my footwear needs and physical condition, measured my feet and explained various elements of that, suggested various running shoes that she felt would meet my needs best, brought out models of each for fitting and testing and walked me through how to gauge each option. Upon my selection she brought out a range of color options. She was very helpful and was a pleasure to work with.

Great place to go if you need to try on different pairs of running/training shoes. I was helped by John who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I came with a specific shoe in mind and was able to test it on their treadmill. I will continue to support this local business!

I was having problems finding shoes that fit and a friend from church recommended this shop. I met Laurie as I first stepped in the door. I told her what I was looking for and she measured my feet on a scale. Then she brought out three excellent pair of tennis shoes after listening to my concerns. My feet have problems with bunions, Morton Neuroma and arthritis. I found a perfect pair of shoes that had a lot of cushion and support. I love my new pair of shoes and would highly recommend this shop. I would shop here again.

As a full time retail worker who is on my feet all the time I felt a bit sheepish about coming into a running store as a non-runner but I felt immediately welcome and Sophia (Sofia?) was a HUGE help! With her assistance, I was in and out in probably less than ten minutes with my first pair of perfect fit comfortable shoes. I was so excited, I was bouncing around in the store. Plus, I got a great price and deal on them!

I received great service from the staff during my shoe fitting and selection process. My feet were scanned, my gait was analyzed, and a few shoe types were suggested that would be ideal for my foot anatomy and gait. As a result, I ended up switching shoe brands entirely (I usually wear Nike Invincible 3s and switched to Asics Gel-Nimbus). I was also advised to go a half size up from what I would normally wear. Did my a 5 mile run in them this morning the shoes felt great!

My family and I drove up from owatonna, MN as I was looking for a running store with educated staff and that’s exactly what I experienced. The lady was so helpful and knew a lot about running. I was very impressed, I will not buy running shoes anywhere else.

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was given a scan and then several options. We narrowed it down to the best fit for me. The team was knowledgeable and helpful, never pushy. I will be back!

First I called and spoke with Chris. He was extremely helpful with all of my questions regarding proper footwear for plantar fasciitis. When I arrived, our sales associate Isaac was amazing!! From the get go he was cheerful, prompt, attentive, so knowledgeable, patient, kind...He must have spent 2 hours with us and went through tons of shoes and inserts to help me with plantar fasciitis! It was wonderful to be treated with such excellent service and care.

Lori (spelling?) was awesome! Love the shoes. Running in them feels like cheating. Lori was knowledgeable and offered to bring out several different shoes. The foot scan was informative and helpful. She was patient with my crazy twin 18 month old girls as they threw socks all over the place. Absolutely recommend you check this place out.

Best running store in the Twin Cities! I've been shopping at Fleet Feet for 25 years. It was Marathon Sports in the beginning. The staff have helped me through 6 marathons, 25 half marathons and many 5 and 10 K races. I've had many different brand shoes and many, many other items of clothing. They staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Love this place!

Fleet Feet was awesome - staff was super friendly. I am a first time runner, they guided me through finding the perfect fit that was right for my feet and thoroughly explained how a running shoe should fit. Definitely my go to in the future.

Excellent customer service. Sarah was great to work with. Really listened to my needs, was clearly knowledgeable and presented a number of good options. Ended up with a pair of shoes I knew nothing about going in and wouldn't have discovered online on my own.

Purchased new running shoes for my wife and I. My wife has had issues with her feet. The sales professional suggested multiple brands and sizes for her. We left the store with my wife commenting that her new shoes were the most comfortable ever. Pricing was very competitive metro wide. Fleet Feet Marathon Sports has earned our respect and they will be our first choice when we shop again!

I have feet with special needs, as a result of osteoarthritis and joint replacements. I was referred to Fleet Feet by Dr. Paul Langer, a highly respected podiatrist at TCO, to be fitted with athletic shoes and insoles--not in order to run, but to walk and hike comfortably. The service I received from Kim recently was beyond compare. She was knowledgeable and helpful in every way, and I was able to purchase shoes and orthotics that got me through a recent trip to Italy, where I walked between 5 and 9 miles per day on all terrains, from cobblestones to steep mountain trails--not bad for 15 weeks after hip surgery! Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I know that I could not have done this without expert guidance and terrific shoes. I am 67 years old and am so happy that this shop exists, not only for serious athletes but for folks like me who are committed to daily exercise, whatever the weather and wherever they are in the world. You need excellent footwear for that, and I now know where to go. I highly recommend this great local business.
