Chriss had the unfortunate job of dealing with the return. I had high hopes for the 5G home internet but couldn't get the performance with the standard router. The building has brick and concrete walls and not few windows. Cellular signals have a hard time getting through that.

Chriss spent a lot of time with me to get the return processed. He even went further by assisting me to fully close the account. This would have been something I would have to do later when I got home, but he stepped up and dealt with it in the store. I really appreciated that extra level of service. Thanks.

Very friendly and professional service. Jaylyn helped my family transfer three lines from Verizon while adding a fourth line to our new T-mobile account. She was extremely helpful, patient, and a great communicator. Strongly recommend coming to this store for your T-mobile cellular needs.

This is my go-to store for help whenever I need help. The staff is quick to acknowledge me at the door, and very helpful when I have questions regarding my phone and plan.

Recently went in to open a new account with 3 lines. Dejah provided amazing support all the way through. Clearly explained the different plans and pricing available. Provided easy to follow details on what I would need to provide to port my numbers over. Supported me in starting the account, and provided after-sale support when my first bill required adjustments. She demonstrates what others ought to strive for in customer service.

We made an appointment for my daughter to get her cell phone and the guy was actually there to open the door and greet us. He answered all the questions and found us best plan for my daughter. Was a very pleasant experience and he was very quick to explain everything.

I was Having issues with my Internet Due to a company wide issue With the modems. They wanted to charge me 35 bucks to have replaced. Criss and Jaylyn were wonderful and waived my fee and got me a new modem. They are wonderful! If you ever have issues go see them at the Sunset Hills store. Thanks so much!

Above & beyond! I switched from Sprint to a less expensive carrier/plan and needed my phone unlocked. After a week and a half of dealing with both carriers, it was suggested I go to a retail location to get a factory reset. I went to this location for the first time and was unexpectedly thrilled with the entire staff. First, I was welcomed warmly upon arriving. Then Jenn, the store manager, actually got me a much better deal than I was getting with the other carrier!!! Trev took over and investigated all possible ways I could save more money & gave me options to choose from. Unlike those I had dealt with before, these people knew what they were talking about and actually tried to find solutions/options to my issues. If we weren't in the middle of a pandemic, I would've hugged every single one of them! What a great team and a fantastic experience. It's so unusual to find people who genuinely want to help and care about what they're doing, that I HAD TO write my very first review ever! Kudos to all & keep up the GREAT work!!!

Cristian Ruiz the manager at Sunset Hills location is great and prompt! Made upgrading our kids iphones to iPhone 13's very easy! Did his job with such professionalism! Even stayed 30 minutes after closing to put cases and screen savers on the 2 phones! Pure gem! 2 thumbs up buddy👍👍

Chriss at this location is awesome! My wife broke her SE iPhone. Chriss, gave us options to replace, AND also, a very good repair option. We went to the independent repair shop he suggested and fixed the phone for under $100, (just like he said it would cost). I switched to T Mobile because Verizon was too expensive and my old carrier AT&T's customer service is not as good as the service I have received at T Mobile. Chriss, thank you for being upfront, forthright, patient and kind.

My screen started bleeding and I was sure I was going to have to get a new phone. I stopped in to Sprint around 8:00pm (just before closing) and to my great surprise, they said that they could replace the screen and have it ready for pickup the following morning. The front of my phone would be a different color from the back, but with a case on there is no way to tell a difference.
When I arrived the next day, it was perfectly repaired and ready for me to take home. Mike was so helpful and friendly, and did everything that he could to make sure that I didn't have to spend hundreds of dollars on an upgrade. I will definitely return to this location when it's time to upgrade again after receiving such great service this time.

This store changed my opinion about sprint! Augusta, Kellen, and Brandon were so knowledgeable, and made a usually stressful situation for me so easy! Augusta helped me find the perfect phone and now I’m paying almost half of what I was at at&t! I’ve already recommended her to customers at work. I certainly never left the AT&T store in such a good mood!

Sprint itself might not be the best of companies, but their employees can make all the difference when it comes to making people happy. This store really knows how to handle their customers. They make things clear as day and try their best even in the worst situations. I've seen them handle irate customers in the most sincere way until there is no other way to communicate with them.

Last night my dog chewed up my phone and I started today at the Chesterfield store. They couldn't help me and sent me to the Sunset Hills store. Although I was frustrated when I arrived, the Sunset Hills staff was very helpful, quick to greet me, and fixed my phone faster than I expected. It also didn't cost the $200-$400 I had feared. The gentleman who helped me and did the repair was amazing and professional. I could not recommend him and this store more! I live in Union, MO and even though there is a store closer I will be coming to this store from now on because the service I received was SO much better!!! Thank you!!
