I always have a good experience at this location. Fantastic customer service by Donny. No pressure sales and they are patient to explain options. I’ve taken all my cars there the past several years when we need tires. I’ll keep going back.

Matt really cared about my experience during my visit. He had excellent customer service skills and was extremely thoughtful. I dropped my car off early in the morning for service and told him I was planning to set up my laptop and work at Panera (in the same complex) all day until I had to pick up my kids from school. He told me I could reclaim my vehicle to pick up my kids and bring it back after pick up, if I needed to. It was a non-issue. He had my vehicle ready within an hour. My long time mechanic is retiring and I am considering a permanent switch to Sunset Hills Dobbs.

Dobbs sunset hills was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Appointments Were easily scheduled and Dobbs completion of work was timely. Dillon communicated very well through entire process. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience!

They were so nice and helpful. I got my inspection quickly. I have used Dobbs for tires, tire repair and oil changes in the past. They are always nice and do a good job.

Wonderful Experience at Dobbs Tire Center in Sunset Hills MO. We were traveling to Kansas City from Ohio, and had a blowout on I 70. After getting the spare put on by AAA we landed in St. Louis for the night. Next morning looking for a place to get a new tire, I called Dobbs Tire and spoke with Matt. He could not have been more helpful, he directed me to the tire closest to what I had, and got us back on the road by 10:30 AM! Great service, from a very fun person to deal with. I highly recommend Dodd Tire Center, and if you can, talk to Matt he will do his best to make your experience a great one.

The employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable! I was told by Plaza Motors my car was in great condition after having it serviced that was performed on my car. Ir was not. I noticed immediately the car drove worse than what I brought in for and Dobbs pointed out how unsafe it would have been to drive on my trip. In addition, just the nicest group of gentlemen. Shout out to Mathew, Dillon and Grant. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting everyone but I'm positive they are the same.

Dobbs accurately assessed the problems I was having with my car and did an excellent job with repairs. I also bought 4 new Cooper tires for a great sale price. Great service and reasonable prices!!!

The Dobbs in Sunset Hills is phenomenal. I won't take my car anywhere else now. They have always been very honest with me, fast, and have outstanding customer service. I can't tell you how nice it is to now have a place I feel I can trust. Grant is amazing and so is the manager, Matt. My mom commented to me that Matt is awesome too and I had the same experience before she even said that!

This Dobbs at Sunset Hills consistently exceeds my expectations. After spending some time in their waiting area on multiple occasions and hearing the interactions from staff and the Manager Matt with customers I am convinced this is the best choice for all my car care needs.

To start, I hate cars. But lemme tell ya, these guys are top notch. Awesome to work with, awesome communication and the best service. Big thanks to Connor, Grant and Matt (I'm sure I've dealt with another guy or two, but those are the guys I've dealt with the most). Even when we move, I will go out of my way to deal with these guys and this location. Absolute rock stars!

Pleasant and quick experience! Attempted to stop in for an oil change but they were super busy. Got an appointment scheduled quickly and on the day was in and out in about an hour. Friendly and stress free. After many less than ideal car experiences this was a plus!

I brought my daughter's tire in on a Saturday with only an hour left until close. The guys were super nice. I was told that they couldn't get to it until Monday (totally understandable) but they got it done and I was able to pick it up that day before they closed. We will continue using this Dobb's location. The service is always great!

Had a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. I stopped by Dobbs in Kirkwood to see if they could put two new front tires on while I waited. They had me back on the road in no time! I appreciate the service I received.

Matt and Matt are so welcoming when I show up for my appointments. Today, the service was extremely quick. I had come prepared to sit and do my office work for a couple of hours while I waited for my car inspections. It was 45 minutes and my two inspections, plus blade replacement, were complete. Super great service! I recommend the Sunset Hills Dobbs Tire highly.

Recently I’ve had to take my work truck to be serviced at the Sunset Hills Dobbs location and I have to say I have experienced some of the best customer service from Matt McDavid and the rest of the team.
