I made a special trip to Switch because they have gorgeous clothing. I recently lost a lot of weight and wanted to buy new outfits and had the budget to spend $$$. I started with the first rack at the entrance and asked a sales associate if all sizes were out. She responded that "not for everything" - she never asked me what size I needed or what I was looking for. I vocalized interest in several items and again was met with silence. After ten minutes and a full review of all the racks I again was surprised that not one sales associate (I counted 4 on the floor (within 10 feet of me) asked if they could help me. It is a horrible feeling to be left standing there and no one seems to care. I left and will never go back. It was a horrible experience. Heading to Capitol Irene Neuwirth in Brentwood. Hope to be treated better there.
