AT&T Store

These guys have been great! Randy found me a new phone, updated my account and adjusted my storage and had me set up in no time! Chyna today helped me with a screen protector that got damaged and handled my trade in. Always a good experience here.

All the associates were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Answered any questions we had with great detail to clear any confusion. Made sure we received the best deals and services we could get. 10/10 would come to this location every time to get a new phone.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING!! The RSC person Chyna was so helpful and knowledgable. Went in to trade in a phone for my husband and left with a new phone for myself too🎉🎉 and DIRECT TV. So glad we came in today. She saved us so much money!

I had the best experience today with Bianka from Palmdale California she was so sweet and explained things for me to understand because I am not text savvy she was wonderful and a girl like that made me not want to change to another company. She spent hours with me and because of her I bought a new phone new it’s all new account she explains so many things that I didn’t understand and I think she deserves a raise because I’m not easy to deal with. I have short term memory problems and I have to write everything down and she was patient and understanding and sweet she’s amazing so thank you for having Bianka at the Palmdale California store on Rancho Vista Boulevard it’s Bianka Aguirre. Give that young woman a raise . This is my highest praise

I had a very poor experience with customer service at the AT&T store at Antelope Valley Mall, the one beside ColdStone Creamery. So I decided to give another store a try before I went home. So I visited the AT&T Store 3869 W Rancho Vista. The Reps at that store where professional, at the time there was no waiting. They were able to up date my plan, explain the difference between the new and old plan. They shared all the discounts available, and shared more money saving services. Check these guys out, they have a variety of accessaries available, if you have time, they will even put your accessaries together for you.

Randy and Sam were quite patient. They took the extra time to transfer EVERYTHING from my old to my new phone. All works just as it did before. Sam also ensured that my old phone was clear and recycled it for me!! Thanks Guys!

Come to this location! Fairly new and the most helpful, professional, friendly reps I've ever had work here! And best part, beats the lines at the other AT&T stores. Love this crew!

Randy, the store manager patiently answered all of my questions. He helped me with my concerns and questions. I have had negative experiences with AT&T store members at other locations but Randy atoned for their sins.

Came in to this store to upgrade, walked away with a lowered Direct TV bill, and Daniela was able to lower my cellphone bill by $100 dollars! Outstanding reps here. This will be my go-to location going forward.

Your site sucks so bad.... Rachel at the west Palmdale store by Walmart, was The Best person I have ever come across. She needs to big given a raise... keep her! I was ready to walk out if it wasn't for Rachel
