This place is a great way to cool down in the summer. It's never been over crowded. The lines for water slides is not bad at all. Next year definitely buying a summer pass for our family. We went 7 times in less than a month. We love the refreshing lazy river. Admission is cheap and we all have a blast!

Really fun! They have water slides but be careful when it’s hit because it can burn your feet. They have glow nights where they stay open later. Super fun for the kids. Nothing is super deep which is cool for kids. Of course you still have to be careful but overall it’s really nice.

Absolutely love this place and the people who work here. Nice amazing friendly staff. Had an issue with a lifeguard but it was taken care of and the management really seem to care. Far beyond excellent food, definitely worth the price. We're buying season tickets next year.

This local gem 💎 is a great place to visit on hot 🔥 summer days & nights. I would recommend that you purchase tickets in advance, same day ticket could be sold out on the day you decide to visit. Can hardly wait for our next visit. Next year we'll be purchasing SEASON PASSES!

Safe and Fun for all ages... Me and my family enjoyed our local water park... We brought our own lunch and sat under the trees in the shade outside the park, but there is food stands inside the park.. Just a heads up they do allow coolers but NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS (water bottles only) .. There are lawn chairs to layout in the sun and enjoy the view and catch some rays or watch your kids enjoy themselves playing in the water.. We will definitly be buying season tickets next year!! 😁

Very fun.. For all the family. Drytown water park located in east Palmdale California
93550. Drytown water Park Palmdale it's a great addition to the antelope valley. I'm not guilty, to say that when my kids were small they used to love coming here and enjoying the hot summer days in Palmdale in the water. It is a perfect spot to come and cool off in the summer heat days. Unfortunately it is not open because of the pandemic. But when it opens up it should get packed very very quick quickly. Don't miss out an opportunity to come and bring your family to enjoy a whole day in the water. In the middle of the desert in the desert Oasis.

Always a family favorite. Every kis gets to do cool stuff. My youngest just got to go down the "toilet bowl" for the first time and absolutely loved it. Went a bunch more times. Great, helpful staff and food.

Perfect place for a fun summer trip. My daughter had so much fun. The atmosphere, water temperature, employees and food was great. I totally recommend this water park.

The season pass is worth it if you go 3x or more. The night events are great for avoiding the sun (no sunscreen needed), and you don't have to worry about hot concrete when walking around.
Hope they expand with another tube tower as the AV grows, so should the local water park.
Plenty of chairs and picnic tables that are mostly shaded. They also have free self-serve sunscreen stations (30 SPF) throughout the park. The lifeguards have a timely rotation between watch stations and have a rigid routine to keep an eye on all areas.

Overall: Really surprised me with how nice this place was. Not huge, but still a completely legitimate water park.

The highs: Admission was much cheaper than any other water park I have been to in a long time. Crowds were very reasonable. Pretty much all of the seating was shaded. The food from the grill was shockingly good and pretty reasonably priced. All of the staff were consistently polite, no small feat given all the craziness combined with the desert heat. There are snack carts rolled around the park so you can get a cold drink or snack without leaving your area. The lazy river was the fastest lazy river I have ever been on. It was kinda awesome.

The lows: The line for the grill moved glacially slow. The really need to figure out how to take orders and push out food faster. Sometimes it felt like the only reason the line was moving was because people were giving up and getting out of line. The lazy river had hardly any tubes on it. They probably needed about five times as many tubes as they had. We got there only 20 minutes after opening, and still had a very difficult time finding seating for our group of four.

For the price and compared to how packed hurricane Harbour was that day it was great. Lazy river to lounge and cool off in, a few cool slides and much better food prices than other water parks. It's small but if you just want to beat the heat for the day it's a great place.

Our first time visiting since we moved to Palmdale less then a year ago. We had an awesome time. We went with our 3 children, one of which our son is mentally handicapped. There was something for all of us to do. They are not obnoxiously strict. A lot of lifeguards and helpful staff on duty. The Drytown grill food was surprisingly good 😋. We got pretzels, churros, popcorn, sushi (California rolls) , burger, chicken strips, fries, onion rings, dip and dots and everything was delightful. We can't wait to plan our next visit.

Went there with my family for my daughter's birthday. We all had a blast. Love the water slides, perfect place to cool off in this desert heat. Prices are reasonable and food was great . Definitely coming back!
Only 2 things I would suggest. Maybe some water friendly safety mats on the way up to the slides. Ground was scorching Hot 🔥
Some warning signs so 1st timers are aware of the hot ground.
Also, maybe some water misters for the waiting area for food court and your staff who are checking people in. They looked miserable in this 107 desert heat.

I love Drytown because it is small but still has enough to entertain everyone. It's close to home and never really crowded during the week. Make sure you get season passes when they go on sale around Christmas and they will basically pay for themselves.

Park was clean, staff was friendly & my family had a great time. Perfect small park for a day of relaxing fun! You aren't in lines all day waiting for rides & there isn't a rush to "do it all."

First time there and loved it. My 4yr old qnd 6yr old enjoyed it a lot. The day was not long enough. Clean, food prices reasonable, can bring a cooler with water and ice, lines for water slides about 15 minutes (on a Friday). That beats waiting an hour. Will definitely come back.

Dry town waterpark is a great little waterpark for the family. Prices are reasonable. It has a small kid area, multiple waterslides and a lazy river. You cannot take food in but they do have a subway in there. Snacks are allowed for small kids. You are also allowed to leave and come back so you can grab lunch elsewhere.
