Northgate Market

You can always count on then when ever you don't have time to cook. They have a variety of prepared hot food or even cold like cheviche or guacamole. I love to buy their fresh homemade guacamole with tostitos. It's a perfect snack all year long. I can also find some Colombian products. So make it your one stop for all your market shopping.

The staff here are always helpful this is out local shop and we come here for everything it's a great atmosphere here too.

Better then before the cashier are nice they are more organized and clean good customer service

Bread is the softest. I been to other markets and I think I liked Northgate bread best. Customer service is good place is overall packed but it's fine. Produce is fresh.

The tamales 🫔 😋 are very tasty but they don't add carne or cheese 😕

I love my tamales 🫔 😋 w lots of cheese or meat 🍖 whatever is the one I choose .But other than that is fine 🙂 I hope when I go to get the others tamales 🫔 I haven't try traigan carne no nomas masa 🤭🤭🤭🤭

Best market in town and all the staff are helpful

Yes I've been coming here for a while since I've been out here in LA and I prefer them over food 4 less you know versus on the west side so I've been in better and I never got into the bathroom here the prices are reasonable considering the recession in that room and I recommend the store good job

Early morning grocery shopping. Great store and the staff is friendly.

This is one of my favorite stores, the quality of the fruits and vegetables is great. I love the bakery! The bread is delicious, my favorite is the corn bread. When family comes over, I can trust that i will find everything here to host a delicious meal.

This is the greatest grocery store I’ve ever. It feels like family, how being back at home makes you feel. It might seem like just another grocery store, but they go so far out of their way. Ya ever have that gut feeling when you instinctively know good people? Yeah, that’s Northgate. And yeah, their taqueria salsa is a 10 out of 10.

The food there is AMAZING

Very clean, big and always fresh selection of fruits and vegetables. Really good weekly and daily deals! Decent crevice and amazing pastry section!!! The parking lot is somewhat small, but we always find a spot. And my husband loves the tamale section!

I wouldn't recommend their beef or poultry. It's not good. I don't know if it's their cooler but their meat already smells (and looks) like it's going bad. Everything else, I recommend. They have affordable groceries. Friendly employees.

UPDATE: I decided to add a star, went from 4 to 5. They have updated their coolers. Their meat and poultry is better now. Not sure if other people complained to them about it but thank you for making it better 🤗

It's a Great experience. I Spent $73 and since I don't have a car, they ordered UBER for me to get home 🤗

Usually has everything I'm looking for, produce is good, food bar a plus - only bad thing is sometimes the cashiers have a nasty attitude.

Great place you can find shrimp 🦐🍤 cocktails and other seafood. Near social security office.

I use to shop at Ralph's & Supior as well other markets but once I saw how little they cared about their cleanliness & they health of their employees as well as shoppers, i completely cut those stores of, however Northgate always did such a great job cleaning their carts & baskets as well as all employees actually wearing masks & gloves, even legitly limiting the number of shoppers in the store.

Even aside from the pandemic precautions this store always was so convenient to shop at, they always have everything we need including delicious cooked food for great prices! As well as all of their employees being helpful beyond expectations.
