The manager is really cool guy. Very helpful, nice, funny, knows who I am when I walk in. Jb then 2 ND shift guy is also very nice, helpful friendly.

its very dirty in the front of the shop but i guess most 7-11's are. The clerks here kind of nice sometimes

That one guy with the ponytail was staring at me before I even walked into the store. He was speaking with his coworker in another language about me as well. As soon as I hear the word “negra” I already know. Disgusting.

Came here because I liked the selection. Clerk was rude and became impatient with me after my card declined. Nobody else was in the store so I don’t understand what the rush was or why he felt the need to drum his fingers on the counter and give me an aggressive, snappy attitude. In the end, of course I paid for my items. But I’ll never be coming here again.

Someone used my card information to fraudulently withdrawal money from their ATM

This 7/11 is run by a scam artist.wrapped food a couple are usually expired.most of the day no coffee,hot food usually so old I would not give it to my enemy,but still sell it without a problem.There machine for points only works half the time. Cigarettes 1$ more than other 7/11s.Store is dirty are we still in Arcadia?So close to me but started driving to others.Arcadia on Huntington and 1st is alot better clean store better service worth the drive

This is the closest 711 nearest to my home. There are times when I have to go late at night & they are closed. They close without any notice and open up again at 6 am. It’s a hassle for me because I have to drive to the next city to go to their 711. When I ask to speak to the owner the guy at the counter says he’s the owner. He’s rude and has no manners. He acts like he’s doing me a favor.

I used to come to this 7/11 regularly because my girlfriend lived nearby so I was a regular. I've been using their restroom every hr of the day/night off n on for years. As a Lyft driver this was where I spent my money (a lot! ) on my energy drinks and snacks and used the restroom access at all hrs. But now even paying customers get no access from 12a-9am supposedly. Looks like I lost the main reason to keep coming back.

The tall lanky Punjab with glasses snatched a cup out of my ladies hands after I asked for a refund because they were false advertising. Its all good though cuz that's an assault and I'm on the Larry parker got me 2.1 million, bus.the other 711 down street is worse I'd just say to go to 76 gas station they got same food but u get more for ur money and u get lil more respect there

To my surprise, this location is not 24/7 service. Not sure if it is a worker who sleeps in the back and puts up a sign without the bosses knowledge
