Was in urgent need of a hair coloring kit with a bowl and a brush and CVS pharmacy in Beverly Hills and Bevverly center were sold out of their $ 10.79 kits. Decided to try Planet Beauty near our house and voila - they had a great kit and were so helpful to us. We're gonna make this location our #1 go-to from now on...

Went here because my hairdresser for 35 years has retired. CHRISTINE helped me while I had my hair care gal on speakerphone. Christine then walked me thru the mixing and applying of product and even wrote things down. Going to try dying my roots tomorrow. Planet Beauty is recommended.

Amazing sales, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. You don't feel like they are just trying to make a sale, it feels like they just want to help you get what's best for you and you want.

This is the only place I can find my bloom claw hair clips, also they ordered some
di Prima combs for me, these are finished combs like mason pearson
I got the wrong size by mistake, but that's my fault
They don't except returns and their hours are limited, I also miss their Santa Monica location

SCAMMER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered my items a month ago and never received them. I have called the customer service number several times and left a voice mail and no response. Now I have to open a dispute with my cc company and that may take up to 30 days to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN! If I could give this company zero stars I would!!!!
