Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills is one of the best places to shop. It’s wonderful and amazing. I love everything about it. I always love to shop there. But recently I had a wonderful experience at cosmetic department in brand name LA PRAIRIE, a lady who helped me her name is Tammy. I have a to say she’s wonderful, she’s one of the best. She explained all the details about the products, she was very nice to me. I asked many questions and she was so patient with me. The best best customer service ever. I purchased those skin care products and she gave me an app for the facial, I came back for the facial and I was in rush, when I got there I didn’t feel well, so Tammy came to me she was so welcome she brought me a bottle of water, she is absolutely amazing she is an angel. I got the facial, the lady who worked on my skin did absolutely an amazing job, she worked on my skin around 55min and for 20min she explained all the products and details to me. So I had the best experience at NM. This place is amazing and people are professional. Everything was beyond amazing. Thank you Tammy and thank you NM :)

The bar is always the best at Neiman Marcus the drinks are strong and delicious. They actually have a great food menu as well but the chili is a must if you come here. It’s always fun to do little shopping and cocktails.

Beautiful store. You will find all high end designers brands like Gucci, Saint Laurent , balenciaga etc. here .

I forgot how gorgeous this store is; it’s a shame to stay home and order from the computer. Everyone was absolutely lovely and effervescent. The Row handbag section is a danger zone! We all need to get out and support employees, valets, stylists etc. Remember running into the store?! It’s healthy!

Carolyn in Revive is the absolute best!!!! I love her she is so pleasant and professional.

A very immersive shopping experience! Brandon and Jay In mens dept definitely made sure I received the items I waa searching for and even shipped them overnight for my niece! A-1 SERVICE!! I WILL BE BACK....

What can you say about Neiman Marcus. Its wonderful. Great service totally amazing merchandise. Well stocked. But you’re going to drop some serious $$$.
They offer alterations with appointment even if you didn’t buy the item there, and the garment comes out perfect!
Their bar on 4th is perfect for a glass of champagne to congratulate yourself on your purchases.

Very pleasant experience. The gentleman helping us in the shoe department was very helpful.

Duke on the 4th Floor men’s department is who you need/want to see. He’s always so friendly, and knowledgeable about the different lines, even though I stick to 2-3 designers. Now that I’m actually wearing real clothes instead of sweatpants, slowly getting back on track at Neiman Marcus is actually a lot of fun. If you get a chance, try the Crab Louie at the bar.

I always buy food gifts for my clients at Neiman. Their delivery system is very efficient and doesn’t have a minimum so I mail yoku moku cookies (they’re so good!) to my clients in different states. It just makes my Christmas shopping simple and stress free.

Their Christmas food gift is nicely packaged, and they have plenty of options! I tried their fruit cake for the first time. I actually like them! It’s better than Collin St or the Mary Lou fruit cakes (cheaper as well). With better packaging and delivery, will continue to send my clients gifts from Neiman!

High end clothing store..expensive..But again You get what you pay for...4 levels of shopping with restaurants on each level..a oval bar on the verry top serving great food as well..Security here is awesome..parking..there's a parking garage located in the back..

Fun & decadent! People are drinking champagne while shopping. It's an experience.
