Rite Aid

This location is so friendly and clean. I used it as an Amazon pickup location and the associates were so helpful and patient (I had never done this before). I love that this rite aid provides the option for pickups!

Went there a few days ago to pick up a couple things and stopped at the pharmacy. Pharmacy tech Emily was very kind and answered the couple questions that I had. Pharmacy manager Abby was also very kind and knowledgeable. It feels good to go into a pharmacy (or any business!) and feel like I actually am being acknowledged and appreciated as a customer. Love this store!

I too get very aggravated when the phone is not answered but I believe this Rite Aid is understaffed and they're doing the best that they can and people need to have just a little bit more patience. To the employees at the harmony Rite Aid I hope you have a great day today.

My name is Stephanie Ziegler.I get my prescriptions filled at the Harmony Rite Aid they are usually pretty prompt at filling my prescriptions but to have my Percocet filled my dr. Makes sure that they send my Electronic script at least a day early because they are short staffed sometimes.I make sure to call and check first because I have very painful hip arthritis with tendinopathy and severe arthritis in spine.their store hours a only 9to 5 on weekends and holidays which is a little inconvenient.for a small pharmacy they do their best.

It's a nice store. The cashiers are great but everytime I walk past the pharmacy they are pretty rude to customers. I am grateful I don't use them.

I liked this pharmacy. Our insurance plan moved us to another, unfortunately. I’ve been to this location dozens of times. It’s been our primary pharmacy for years. Friendly staff. Decent collection of convenience items.

I love this pharmacy, but I do not love one of the pharmacy associates and pray she's not working every time I come to pick up a prescription. At her best, she is brusque, but more often she's downright rude. If it's not addressed constructively, I will have my prescriptions filled elsewhere. I'm not asking for special treatment, just common decency. I would think her coworkers and other customers also notice her poor communication skills, but maybe not, as there does not ever seem to be any improvement.
