Bought all of my appliances from MD at the Calabasas store. Got me the best deal from all of the appliances stores that we went to, they set me up with a great package. The only down side was shipping timelines which I dont hold against the store of MD. Ultimately, everything worked out and looks great. Also, very happy with Thermador, they make a great product!

MD Rayhn was the best salesperson I’ve worked with while remodeling my home. From answering my numerous phone calls, to staying past closing time showing products and comparing possibilities. He helped us leave with the best appliances and we couldn’t be happier and more excited for our home to come together. Thank you so much!

We love this place and especially love the help we’ve gotten from Darren and Jesse!!! We were able to get hard-to-find pieces, and although they had to be custom ordered, we knew well ahead of time how long each would take to come in. On top of that, we looked up all of the appliances we bought from Universal Appliance, including sinks, a grill, a clothes dryer, clothes styler, refrigerator, kitchen stovetop range, and more,… and each time we found that they gave us a better price than we could find anywhere else online!!!! So that says a lot. That says it all, really. But that’s not even the best part to us. The best part of all, is that the people there help you get what you are wanting and looking for. We have gotten and will continue getting all of the appliances and plumbing fixtures for our new home from Universal Appliances with the help of Darren and Jesse. They have not only found us the best prices, but they have also helped us pick out the type of appliances perfect for us. When I mention something, like the fact that I want unique fixtures and appliances, they come through with different colored sinks for us to choose from, shower fixtures that are now all the thing on the HGTV shows, and even our grill is literally one of the most fun and awesome things in our new home!!! We are very happy with them and would recommend them to friends and family and anyone looking to be happy with new appliances!!!

Darren was my sales rep. He is extremely knowledgeable and was patient and detailed in helping my wife and I decide what built in refrigerator freezer would best fill our needs. His prices were competitive and everything from sale to the professional delivery and installation went very smooth. I would definitely recommend.

Originally purchased appliances in 2008, had such a great experience when it was time they were the first place we called for a new washer and dryer. Even during the COVID-19 stay at home period, they provided great customer service and guidance. We purchased our new washer and dryer, they processed the order quickly, the delivery was on time, and installation and haul-away were flawless. They remain our only place to consider for large appliances.

This is a Great source For Appliance related products. Along with the appliances themselves. I have purchased several exhaust Hoods from them over a period of eight years. They have always been very responsive to our needs. "MD" is particularly helpful. The Manager, Tim is very concerned with customer satisfaction!.

I worked with Tim Mumford. He is such a nice guy and professional. He provided amazing service and expert knowledge of products. The Installation of the fridge and delivery of appliances also went smoothly. We had an overall positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend friends and family.

Superb service provided by Universal. My wife and I had just remodeled our kitchen and needed most of the appliances. Luckily for is we were met by MD, one of their top salesmen, who took his time explaining all the different options to us to help us make a decision. There was zero pressure and in the end we purchased a 48" thermador range and matching dishwasher and a microwave drawer. They delivered AND installed all of the appliances at NO charge. MD called us to keep us updated and schedule the delivery when our cabinets were finally installed. Great service, great prices, and we will return if we ever need any other appliances. Thank you!

Tim Mumford is a super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful sales rep (in my case, he was a skilled stove whisperer and knew how to match me to the perfect stove for my needs and budget). The selection at Universal is a vast spectrum of price, available features, and brand name. My experience buying a stove couldn't have been better. Tim and the Universal delivery people went above and beyond the call of duty to make my stove purchase a smooth and happy experience. I will definitely return for future appliance needs.

They matched an advertised price of a competitor but were also able to deliver my appliance faster than their competitor as well. They made the delivery time convenient for me as well. I will definitely pick up other appliances from them as needed.

I ordered all new kitchen appliances for our remodel. Their selection and displays are excellent and pricing is very competitive. The customer service is outstanding; much superior to other appliance dealerships. I highly recommend Universal.

I love the service here it is 10/10. Ashot was very nice and friendly and fixed our refrigerator and our stove and he did a great job. He is also honest and his service is 100% recommended.

My fridge was a special order Blomberg (which are Great ) The service was Very good . Even when there was a Hiccup they came through . I have since had a ice maker issue and that got fixed .
