Harbor Freight really does make quality tools that I use everyday at work, and have for years. I have had to warranty a couple tools, and had zero issues with Harbor Freight not backing up their products. It's because of Harbor Freight I can say I actually own all my tools, and don't owe thousands to a tool truck, and they make me the same money as those who buy the more expensive brands. Even the tool truck guys admit that the Icon brand is really good, which makes up 90% of my hand tools, and my tool storage. I can go on for days.

I have bought craftsman tools before and have been satisfied with the quality. I mostly buy Harbor Freight tools now for my everyday uses at work and to repair my vehicles, their quality rivals my craftsman tools any day. If there is an issue with any of their tools, the return policy has always taken care of me. I have purchased hand tools, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, tool boxes, shop lights, 50ft electrical cords, air hoses, media blasters, vehicle Jacks, etc...all have satisfied me completely. I've had to return one solar powered security light and they didn't hassle me at all. I'll be a lifetime customer of this great company.

I’m not sure what the low ratings people give are for because in Somerset Ky where I shop it’s like family, I know almost every associate there and I can honestly say they are all awesome and go out of their way to help any way possible, even have had them call me at home when their truck was coming in. I’m just a customer who looks at reviews and I ask a lot of questions and I know these folks love their job.

This review is regarding my experience with the customer service at Harbor Freight corporate office in Calabasas, CA. I waited on hold for approximately 20 minutes before an agent took my call. Mike, in customer service, helped me with a problem that I had difficulty resolving in my local retail store. Mike took ownership of my issue, he was apologetic for the negative experience I had at the store and with the product I bought. He quickly offered a solution to my problem. I got the sense from Mike that Harbor Freight wants their customers to be happy with their purchase and that if there is a problem, they will courteously make the customer aware of the Harbor Freight's return policies and work to exchange a product or refund the price of the product when possible.

I have been going to the Harbor Freight here in town (Terre Haute, Indiana) ever since they opened their doors.
I have NEVER had a problem in the store as I have found any employee I have talked to friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist me.
If I had an issue with an item, the store has been most helpful in replacing it.
Some of the negative reviews I’ve seen on here are a joke.
This company is doing their best to deliver a good quality tool with quality customer service. Both for a very good price compared to the big name stores and brand name tools.
People are expecting to have the best of both worlds. Unbeatable price and unbeatable quality with customer service that only HRH Queen Elizabeth would receive.
If you want to be pampered and you want perfect quality tools every time be prepared to pay for it and go somewhere else. I promise you that you will be complaining about some part of the transaction. Today the big companies are so large they don’t care as much as you think they should. Face it, with the large companies the center of gravity has shifted, they no longer feel that the world revolves around the customer.

Today I bought a pneumatic dent puller gizmo from HF and it is GREAT- saved me a ton of bucks to get my pickup fixed. Besides I get a 20% discount and good service from my local store. I started buy from HF many years ago when you were mostly mail order. I think I ,ust have one of nearly everything you sell. My garage is full of HF tools etc. Good stuff...

I had the pleasure in going to harbor freight store located in orlando fl on east colonial and we had Alejandro supervisor assist us he was Great!! Excellent service!!

Fun place to shop not the same as it was before this China 19 fiasco but still good.
They need to get their mail ads again as they are losing LOTS of business due to the on line only even if they charge a minimal fee for say like $5.00 per year , no I will never pay the fee to join their Harbor club.

Harbor Freight Tools had a well landscaped and standard looking corporate office. It consisted of a nice roundabout to pick up or drop off something or someone.

THE STORE I WORKED AT IN PITTSBURG CA 2014-2016, WE HAD AN AWESOME CREW, SURE WE HAD OUR QUIRKS, BUT IT NEVER EVER GOT IN THE WAY OF OUR WORK!! OUR STORE MANAGER DANA WAS AWESOME!!! ENCOURAGINGLY FIRM....MISS YOU ALL!! ANY WAY, IT'S ALL ABOUT FINDING THE RIGHT CREW THAT WORK GOOD TOGETHER, LIKE ON BIG BANG THEORY. YOU HAVE TO LET GO THE WEEDS & KEEP THE TREES. Love Harbor Freight tools! As a toolbelt diva, I am so excited about the new lines of professional grade tools and equipment.

One of the staffs I met at bus stop is super friendly and gave me advices and information about their company. Usually I can find difficult to find tools for specific jobs that are needed.

A great company! They have the tools I need and great prices.
