Good selection, well kept store. The checkout aisles are a bit claustrophobic. Decent prices of you use the store cars and shop sales.

It was crowded but they have enough self service express payment,one of the attendants helped me to find what I was looking for l.
she was efficient and knowledgeable

We always love seeing our checkout lady Sharon, she's the best. We call her our homie. Been shopping here for years, always a great experience, especially with her. Top Notch service always.

Great store with a great selection but what makes this location truly special is the people working there. Some of the nicest, earnest, most hard working folks you'll come across this side pf the Mississippi. Sharon comes to mind, she's a cashier, and just a truly wonderful and refreshingly transparent person.a She's always laughing, even if life isn't trying to be funny. She gives me a sense of comraderie, as we laughed at lifes cruel jokes all through out covid together.

Vons is my favorite grocery store. They have a lot of options on various categories of items.

Excellent place to shop good service

We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from this branch and the service, price, packaging, and quality were outstanding. Both the turkey and the prime rib were great and as close to homemade as you can get! Thank you Vons staff for working so hard during the holidays.

Store was fully stocked and clean. Check out was friendly and easy.

I used to shop here a lot, but stopped because there were only a few registers open and no self checkout. My daughter loves their donuts, so I went back in recently. The store has installed self check machines in addition to giving the store a nice new look. I was very pleased to see Judy is still at the store. She is a joy every time I see her. She is always friendly and helpful. Thank you, Judy, for being an example of amazing customer service!

Was great everything was fresh

We were looking for rotisserie chicken along our way home when we pass by and thought of just grabbing it here. The staffs were very strict making sure each of their customers were safe by making all wear their masks. One customer entered the store without mask on and what they do is they confronted him and make sure he gets to have his masks on. They are very helpful too, one lady saw us looking around because we don't see the rotisserie chicken, immediately she attended us. So great to have somebody helped us saves our time and get home soon. By the way, the chicken was lovely! We had the rosemary and garlic flavor! Yummy!

I had an issue with a $75 gift card and was told by a previous manager back in August that he would not refund because he said the store did everything right.. I came back in October.. with the same issue and the cashier name Roseanne.. and the manager named Bill were awesome!! The manager was better understanding about the card situation... That is what we as customers.. excellent customer service!! Thanks Bill ❤💕 and Roseanne..at the victory and tampa store!!

Very clean and well organized during these times. They've implemented safety protocols to make sure everyone can safely shop. This is my local store that I go to regularly and I feel very comfortable going there when I need my essentials.

I like this store as a variety of things

Convienent location, a little smaller store than what im use to for a VON's, was greeted with a smile and store was clean

Everything you'd expect from a grocery store. Well stocked, friendly staff & clean restrooms. Just about anything you need they seem to have.

My favorite Vons!! Been shopping there for almost 30 yrs. The store has changed a little bit thru the yrs. Upgrades remodels my Always for the best. It's a nice store. And there are some things they that i can't always find elsewhere.
Their Bakery and baked goods are to die for!

We drive out of our way to go to this Vons. Way less crowded than other stores, it’s very clean, well stocked, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. They’ve got spacing marked on the floors for waiting to check out but it never takes long. There’s never been a line to get in the store as well.

Great service by Heather, Taylor, Juan C. and the man manager (forgot his name), medium height, average weight, nice guy who knows where everything is - even unusual stuff like indian vegan curry for my vegan/gluten free son. Girls Heather and Taylor always help me find stuff and Juan C even went and got cottage cheese w/ pineapple, that I forgot while I was checking out. Thanks for hiring staff who cares about the customers.

They have just about everything I need
Parking spots are always available
For the most part the employees are friendly
Some of the best working carts and cleaning wipes available

The bad aka needs improvement:
Sometimes, I understand we are all human - the early morning / opening lady has a less than friendly attitude - I mean, I get it, it's 6am but she's 50/50. Sometimes she's happy and smiles and somewhat friendly; but most times at 6am she's like "Vons card?" "Do you need a bag?" "Are you playing monopoly?" But with a little bit of "I hate my job attitude!

Over all good service here.
