The store is small and can be congested during peak hours and holidays. But I will say that I had a positive experience while picking out my cakes on two different occasions. Very good desserts and decorated so pretty!

Love this place the people the atmosphere and so very amazing products very busy but so worth the wait.
Would definitely recommend this place if you want amazing marinade meat ask them to season your meats trust you’ll love this. And fresh tortillas and other products.

Yes, most definitely and some of their produce is priced better than anywhere else! Real discount but great quality... unlike some places like... uh hum 🤔 next door where you get cheap prices and the quality of the fruit is low key rotting before you buy it so it literally goes bad in the next 2 days!

Nah Torito's produce is top quality for bulk pricing!

Like the cabbage for instance be something like 3lbs for $1 as to everywhere else it be almost $1 per pound.
They most definitely do be having a plethora of different types of peppers 🌶 here...

If a recipe calls for a rarely used pepper, I go str8 here bc I know I will,more than likely find it here!

Side note:
Great meat for grilled tacos 🌮 😋 The diezmillo be fuego! Ask for it (preparado) prepared and they will season it for you right there, so that way it's ready to go str8 on the grill!

They also sell beautifully made piñatas 🪅 😍

My go-to Mexican grocery store, large selection of fresh meats and cheeses, fresh homemade salsas, homemade tortillas, breads, cakes, and pastries. Prices are good, the price of meats is cheaper than most other grocery stores and very good quality.
On the weekends when the weather is nice they usually have an open-air stall in front that sells a lot of clothes, hats, jewelry, and leather belts and wallets from Mexico.

Best Carniceria in KC. I wont say why it’s a personal favorite. The reason I won’t say is because there are some things I prefer to get here and I don’t want people blowing up my spot!

Very good produce and meats. This is my go-to place for all my mexican products, and the prices are reasonable.

Great place to find all your hispanic favorites... meats, drinks, cakes, candy, piñatas. Tortillas are made fresh daily.

Meat counter is exceptional!! Friendly service and the best selection and quality meats.

I go here for their fresh salsas and ripe avocados. Their salsa verde is outstanding as is their fresh pico. The avocados are always perfectly ripe. The cashiers are friendly. Just a great little market.

Bought green banana, taro, plantain and sweet potato. Got meat, it was an awesome store.

Favorite grocery. I love to buy hot food from the back restruant part. They also have a bakery. Tree leche cake is delicious.

My favorite place to buy meat for tacos or burritos. They have lots of wonderful things you can't get at regular grocery stores and the prices are exceptional.

Best meat market in the town. They have everything you need from oxtails to chicken feet. Seasonings different cheeses and all...if you are making Mexican cuisine and you cant find something I'll bet you $100 you can find it there. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Colorful store with lots of culture and character. Best price you’ll find on limes, shrimp and many other items. The chicharrones con carne (pork rinds with meat) and other served-hot items are to DIE for. Super-crowded, narrow aisles to navigate, but that’s part of the fun. You must go at least once.

I am not Spanish speaking and it didn't matter. The staff were extremely helpful. The prices were awesome. I had never been to a Mexican grocery store, but now I go every 2 weeks. They have great prices on meat as well. Do yourself a favor and buy some of their Chicken Wings👍
