The staff and the manager are so great.

I just had an event in December for about 1500 people. We gave away free coffee. The staff was great about the traveler jugs that we purchased will absolutely come back and work with this location.

However, this location has difficult parking but if you do manage to find parking, it’s great

Other than the line being long, service was fast, and baristas were nice.

Typical Starbucks. This location has outdoor seating but no umbrellas at the tables so it could be pretty hot sitting there during the summer. They do have a drive thru. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate. It is a pretty tight place to try to turn around in. It would be much better to have one way traffic flow in the parking lot but instead it dead ends at the drive thru so you have to do a 3 point turn in order to exit the parking lot.

Not too busy on a Sunday morning. Polite, professional staff. Clean place. I asked about tgeir hours since they weren't posted on the door, and they said that their drive-through is 24 hours but the store itself is open 5am-9pm Mon-fri.

A great place to eat out with the whole family. there is food for both children and adults. it's delicious.

I had a couple of appointments at Keck and saw this was within walking distance. When I was getting ready to leave, two partners approached me and asked if I’d gotten a sample of their new olive oil cream foam cold brew. I hadn’t, but said it was okay, I didn’t need one, but asked how it was so they went out of their way to make me a sample. 🥹 I haven’t been feeling my best lately and this was so nice and really made my day. I also really enjoyed the coffee 👹

Quick, accurate, friendly and professional (staff members remember regular customers’ names even when ordering via drive-thru! ), clean all-around (environment in-store and out including staff appearance as well as manner of drink preparation). I go by the name Diana and I’m there bright and early every weekend at 6 or 6:15 thereabouts. Huge shoutout to the best-run Starbucks in the whole world!

The drive through line 7 times out of 10 is gonna be packed with traffic blocking the residential street it's on or snaking all the way out onto the bridge it's next too. That being said; the customer service is great. The items are always well stocked, there service is Polite, professional and quick for both indoor and drive through!! It's clean. has a slightly larger than average dining room, has an outdoor seating area, a public bathroom and its own parking lot. I do wish their hours were open later BUT given the area that I'm very familiar with (having been born and raised), it's probably a good idea that they have the operating hours that they do.

Starbucks is always great. But I took my granddaughter to pick up her coffee before her shift!!! Whenever I go byself, no complaints, they're always great!!!

There’s a gentleman working the drive thru with so great energy. I had taken my dad to the hospital down the block and the way he was being made our day. Thank you for your positive attitude.

Great! Service. Very Up Beat Employees. The young lady work the drive thru window knew exactly what products they had on hand, what they were out of, and what similar product to quickly recommend to the customer to suggest or replace what they were out of. Also, my drink, pastry, and food items were made perfect. Very Attentive Starbucks Team. Thank You.

Love this place, never thought I would be a Starbucks person but honestly only this one. They are always friendly and informative. Of course the lines do suck but I think that's everywhere. I do wish they had a bit more incentive for repeat customers though but I think that's Starbucks not this store. Again love love this store. Thank you to you all.

Honestly, this is one of the best Starbucks! The employees are awesome, I stop frequently at different times of the day and the environment is so happy and genuinely friendly. The drinks are always perfect! They take pride in making their drinks beautiful... inside and out! Lol Meaning, they're delicious and LOOK delicious.

So, I have to say we in the neighborhood truly appreciate having a 24-hour coffee store nearby. The staff are aiming for a 30-second window between drive-in order to service delivery. The enthusiasm of the team members is apparent. The only downside is that the staff appear to park in the customer lot. I've observed disputes over parking between customers.
