The UPS Store

Quick, fast and friendly service. I shop a lot online and usually have to return Amazon items. I love that it’s free through the UPS store and I don’t necessarily have to wrap my item (although I usually put it back in an Amazon box or bag). Quick, easy scanning of the QR code. There is never a line, I’m in and out. Very reliable.

Melissa was so wonderful! I had a million annoying packages to send and she worked with me for a half hour to make sure it all went out correctly! She had so much patience and was so nice! Tristan also jumped in to help whenever we needed him in between helping other customers. Both super sweet, caring and patient during the busy holiday season. Will def be going back there for the rest of my packages!

Thank you Tristan and Melissa! I went in today to look for unique stamps for my letter writing. They helped me find some great stamps I had never seen before. They also adjusted the price accordingly because some of the book was missing stamps. Friendly and engaging staff and helped me quickly. Thanks again!

Scott was helpful, informative and knowledgeable. It was only a drop off but he explained the various services the UPS Store offers. Tristan and Melissa were good, too.

I had a heavy 120 lb package to return to Amazon. I had it packed up and ready to return the day after Labor Day Weekend, the last day for a free return. I found out today that Tuesday was out. This UPS store was the only one open nearby. I leveraged the package into my car and drove over. I entered the store and saw a hand truck. Tristan R came out and I asked to use the truck. He instantly said yes and we ended up bringing it in together. I really appreciated his help.

The employee,Meredith, was amazing and patient waiting until
I worked out my return issue even after closing. She was super pleasant.

This location vs the one in nanuet are like two different companies

The one in nanuet they either hate their job or hate people or both, while this location is seamless and great customer service

It was a pleasure to do business with this store. I was prepared for a much different experience, however, Scott was patient and knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful without being condescending. The store was busy, with a steady stream of Amazon returns, but the two men never got flustered or irritated. They greeted everyone and I noticed that no one had any issues with frustration or any negative attitudes. I would definitely recommend this store for printing and shipping.

We needed a document notarized on a Sunday and had an impossible time finding somebody who was available; I called UPS in Congers and they told me to come over. Scott took care of us and was so helpful and friendly and really saved the day for us. Excellent service and very personable! I've used this store for other shipments and returns and such as well and have always had good experiences here. Highly recommended!

I was packing up my sister’s house in a neighboring community and strapped for time as I live out of town. It was incredibly helpful that they were willing to pick up stuff that had to be shipped to other family members for a modest fee. Mike and Scott were so helpful on phone to give estimates so we could sort out costs in advance. They ended up coming twice to pick up & were very caring offering advise about other things. I wish this UPS store was closer to where I live!

I have a mailbox here. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. When a package was lost, they went out of their way to try to help me locate it.

Even during COVID they did their best to accommodate everyone while staying compliant with regulations.

I have used this business a few times, for either packages, or to have documents notarized, and have yet to find one remotely negative comment to make! The staff are always very friendly, and competent, they ALWAYS greet you, as soon as you walk in, and I find that compared to other businesses offering the same services, that they are very reasonably priced (for BOTH the patrons & staff). After all, the store has bills (rent, utilities), they need to purchase their supplies, and payroll!! All of that money HAS TO come from the money they receive in sales, and hopefully profits! HOWEVER, they have to keep their prices reasonable enough to attract patrons (both old and new), cover their costs to remain open, remain competitive with other similar businesses, keep their staff satisfied, keep US satisfied lol,..... I mean, running a small business (ESPECIALLY in this economy) is not easy. Like my mother "ALWAYS" says... In order to have savings (in this case, profit), you SHOULD be making DOUBLE what YOU'RE SPENDING! BUT.... DON'T SPEND IT! You never know when you'll need it. Moral being.... I think our community UPS Store, is a great business, NO ONE there is EVER RUDE (I imagine, unless YOU'RE being rude to them..) and there has NEVER been a wait!!! All sounds 👍 to me!

I sell and buy on several consignment apps and websites. I practically live at this store and everyone is very knowledgeable, reliable, fast and efficient. I’ve never had any lost packages from them. Thanks guys!

Couldn't find nicer and more professional staff

The UPS manager, Scott Gowe was truly most efficient, courteous and informative in handling the shipment of a furniture piece from NY to Massachusetts. The furniture piece was packaged in a manner that nothing would happen to it. He answered all my many questions and was most helpful when I locked myself out of the condo where the piece was. As he stated, he wasn't going to leave me in a hallway with no where to go! It is truly reassuring that there are people like Scott Gowe who go above and beyond in their line of work to assist in the completion of the task at hand. Thank you Scott for your dedication to your job
