Super helpful and friendly staff, they are knowledgeable, responsive and go above and beyond! The selection is always fun to explore and appreciate photos on the boxes , especially for lighting and home goods.

The location is always well organized and always someone to answer questions and again everyone working there is wonderful. I will always look here first for great deals and great customer service.

What items are only maybe 20 to 30% off that I noticed. They did have a lot of merchandise I just think that for a liquidation place they would have a bit more of a mark off. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and very accommodating.

This is an updated review of my favorite go-to place.I have bought so many liquidated items here since the first time they opened business in our neighborhood.So far,most of the items I bought were in almost perfect condition and if ever I had issues,I could simply return it for a store credit.Many staffs are always present when I have a question about an advertised product.They're honest and helpful.. especially their managers who go around the store and ask if we need assistance.Also ,we are able to negotiate the price if there are a minor issues with the item. I'm a big fan of Bulldog and I hope to find more good deals at this store.Shout out to Kevin,Gari and Shauna for the best customer service 🏆⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this place! We've bought a dresser, a desk chair and this time we bought 2 kayaks. The workers are so nice and very helpful. Sooo much fun!

My first time there. There are no sales assistants, just workers constantly stocking shelves. My only expectation was to get a good deal. In the warehouse nothing is inventoried as inventory changes hour by hour. We browsed the place and walked out with a $110 Brooks 12 running shoes for $15 and the bought the hugest rug they had for $50.
I felt like we got our moneys worth. One tip that I could give is once you enter and make and contact with one of the workers on the floor keep with him for any questions. They have the power to discount items further down then the sales price. On both items I bought I asked for a slightly lower price and got it. Even without a discount the prices are similar to swap meet prices. Happy picking!!

This is one of my favorite stores of all time! Do you have to be careful because they sell everything. But don’t go here looking for a dress designer bags or women’s clothes! But if you need a new barbecue, washing machine or furniture addition to your house they’ll have it. Now there is one caveat to this claim. They have it in stock so long as it’s not purchased ahead of you. So you have to check back often for that specific item you’re looking for. If you wanna find that item at 40 to 50% less they will have it....eventually! Also! BE NICE to the employees. They are there to HELP (which they do!). There there’s also a list you can sign up for a specific item to have them call you if you’re looking for something special. I’m still waiting for mine which is an air rifle. That is the fun about going to this type of store...It’s what you find and you don’t expect. This is why I really love the store.

Have always enjoyed coming here and finding treasures for our home! The staff is always more than accommodating and friendly; they’re super helpful in the store, with loading, and every time we need their help with a purchase (checking parts or to see if something works), and even helping us find a solution/exchange of products that we have been unable to get working once at home. I like this place a lot. There is an amazing assortment of products. But realize this is a liquidator. Most of the items are store returns from other retailers. Most are in new condition. Many of the items arrive as singles. They don't have a conttinuing stock of an item. Although there is furniture, it is always changing very quickly. The prices are 50% of the list price. There are some great sales and prices but most stuff listed on Instagram is already gone. Stuff comes and goes quickly. The staff is great and helpful. The cashiers were nice even though the sale going on had the place packed.
It is hot in there especially with a lot of customers searching the store. Its addicting.

I was in last Sunday and looking for the InstantPot I saw advertised on Saturday. I knew they would be gone but had to try. To my surprise, they had one! I asked a guy and he ran to the back to look. I was so surprised and happy I asked!
I've used it the last 2 nights, and it works great! I will definitely be going back!
As for the comments about it being messy, yes it probably gets that way daily. There were a lot of people there! They, unfortunately, dont all care about putting stuff back neatly. But if you take the time to look, you will find GREAT deals!

Purchased a camera tripod, got home, and realized it was clearly defective (prior owner had taken a part from it making it unusable). Took it back and showed the nice counter person the issue and luckily they had another unit, which was perfect for the exchange. Great customer service.

I have found many treasures there for really good prices.

I have to mention one person especially because he has always treated me very well and I am really in awe of him because even on sweltering hot days he still goes out of his way to help me.
Sadly I have not gotten his name but he is a young Hispanic guy in the warehouse.
With my disability I don't have many good days but the day he pulled out a chair for me at the loading dock I felt like he was genuinely concerned about me.
I felt I was being cared for.
I will get his name and update later.

I highly recommend this place. Great people, great service, great place. Kerwin is one of the best. I'm just starting to buy wholesale pallets and know nothing about it. I went in this store after getting ripped off at a different location and Kerwin helped me out by telling me the basics on how things work. I went by what he had told me and I didn't regret it, I was back the next day buying another pallet. I bought a different pallet from what he had advised for me to buy and I got lost there. Don't get me wrong I still made money but it wasn't what I had at first. Im continuing to buy pallets there and until this day I haven't lost any money, every pallet is worth it. At this place they make you feel as if youre the #1 customer of all time. The loaders will help you as best they can to make sure everything is safe for you to take and go out of their way to break down a pallet if you need it.

My husband and I and my daughter who told us about this place . We bought a brown leather double recliners with cup holder and remote box to put things in. We where looking for 2 relcliners for our bedroom.
And there they were. Perfect. We bought a couple other things too.

I went to a store in Simi valley, and the service was really disastrous, they didn't understand how much is a 15% discount of $175 and the manager of the store was really rude when exposing how wrong she was. That was my last visit to the store, and please open the package to make sure all the parts are properly in the bags. It was 01/18/21.

Great place! Amazing prices! Gary was extremely helpful, answering all my, and several other customer’s questions, and extremely transparent. I’ve been looking for a powered recliner with an adjustable lumbar and head support for several weeks and just couldn’t see spending the $1,200 to $1,800’s I was seeing at several SCV furniture stores. Found exactly what I was looking for at Bulldog Liquidators for $300! In general, people are so fast to post negative reviews while satisfied customers don’t give it a second thought. Count me as a satisfied customer who will be a repeat customer.
