Ralphs

My wife and I stopped by this Ralph when we were waiting to be seated at a restrauant in the same plaza. This Ralph is nicely decorated inside I like their deli and bakery area. Their meat and seafood area is not as big as other Ralph's store but it works for them. I was interested in seeing what soda they have here because every store carries different flavor. I was able to find the cherry coke which the Ralph's store near my house is always sold out or they don't have it. This store also have some nice flowers selection in the front when you walk in so you can see them first. I also like that this store has a lot of self checkout because it speed the process. The parking here is amazing because it's in a big lot and with a lot of other stores closed down, it's a very quiet plaza. I would come back to this Ralph's location again if I was in the area.

This supermarket is very good! I found everything I needed without any hassle and even cheaper than other stores in the same chain! They always have quality products and on sale! I love buying fresh plants and flowers at affordable prices!

Ralphs has everything. Simple and convenient.
Their quality is by far the best among nearby supermarkets.
Also- a big plus they help Girl Scouts sell their cookies during cookie season

This is a very well stocked market. Nice and clean,and very helpful staff.

The employee at the self checkout was very helpful and even pointed out that I could get another package of chicken for free with the 2 for 1 special using the Ralph's card

Attention Linda and Drew. We have been residents of Santa Clarita for many years now, but we live closer to the Ralphs in Granary Square. As we were heading back from Los Angeles yesterday, 4/15/2021 - we decided to go to the Stevenson Ranch Ralphs location before heading home. As we walked in we noted that the store was in great order and also the COVID19 guidelines were in place.

I noted that the store was clean and much larger than the location we go to most often.

There was an item that was not on the shelf, so I waived down Drew and asked him if there was any more of this product. He treated me as if I was his only customer and told me he would check. While he was gone, we had changed positions in the store, as we were continuing to shop.

About 10 minutes later, as we had made it to the other side of the store, Drew found us. He had been searching isle by isle. His conscientious demeanor was incredible. He was also attentive and explained that they were out now, however - there were other options as he gave me those.

Drew should be commended on his ability to get the job done as well as his ability to bag groceries the right way, as I was taught when I was his age.

At checkout we were Blessed to have met Linda. She was a breath of fresh air, she was friendly and made us feel as we have been coming to this Ralphs location as often as we visit the Granary location. She also commented on how we were holding hands - that of course made the both of us gush over with happiness that someone would take the time to notice, let alone comment.

Linda and Drew are both Blessings to the Ralphs in Stevenson Ranch. I hope they get commended because we are now going to make this store our primary shopping location.

Found everything I needed and the service was great.

I love shopping here always very friendly and professional staff, large range of products at a great prices. These supermarkets are always clean and tidy.
I have a Ralph's reward card I would recommend anyone to get one even if you are traveling from overseas. With the rewards card you can save a lot of money.

For the first time I have been there, this store is nice and clean. Parking is free and right in front. The staff isn't as out going as other Ralph's I have been too, but they are nice and helpful.

Great People in the Meat Dept & the Produce Dept!!! Really every team member in this store is friendly and helpful, but the Managers and team in the Meat & Produce Dept go out of their way to be helpful every week. Today I spoke to the Meat Manager abt my Beef Bacon costing more than filet mignon! He immediately created a "sale" just for me. Thank you so much! In the Produce Dept they are very informative and will cut up fruit for sampling. The cashiers are always friendly and add to my day. Thank you Ralph's for creating such a great place to shop!

This Ralphs consistently offers a great selection of groceries at surprisingly low prices - in many cases beating the local Walmart for many products. The service here is also consistently friendly/ good and the bakery here produces some of the best croissants around!

If you live in or near Stevenson Ranch this is a good supermarket. They have knowledgeable and, most importantly, fast pharmacy staff. Their prices are consistent and relatively low, they seem to control their desire to sneak in temporary ridiculously high prices, unlike a nearby market whose name starts with a "V" and rhymes with "Vons".

This is a great store in an expensive area of Stevenson Ranch. The prices are actually slightly lower than other Ralphs in S.C Valley area believe it or not. The staff here are helpful & friendly. The only downside is the store is located in L.A County; not part of S.C city, so you will have to pay for grocery bags. They do have stuff on clearance (almost expired) at killer discount. So, I dont care what others say about expired items. So what? Nobody will die because of expired food. LOL

Clean, well-stocked, and I LOVE the discount produce section. Always something good! They also have a lot of mark-downs on items. My favorite Ralph's in the SCV

Great service. A clerk who helped me had just been hired a week ago. She was so sweet and kind. I thought that she had been working at the store for awhile. I wish I had her name.

I am going to miss RALPHS at Stevenson Ranch. I moved to the area for a year and shopped there almost every single day. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. The store was always clean and well stocked. The manager is a real nice guy. The staff at the inside USBank are great people. My only suggestion to RALPHS (in general) is that they start carrying frozen falafel balls and reduce the sugar soda and chip section because all of that stuff is unhealthy. Also, every RALPHS should offer fresh sushi. Knit picking aside, RALPHS Stevenson Ranch gets 100 Golden Stars in my book !!! :)

This is the best grocery store! I actually drive across town to shop here because the service is always so wonderful. They go above & beyond every time!
