AT&T Store

I love this store, Johnny helped me and my dad with getting him a new phone. Wonderful and quick customer service. He was able to explain everything thoroughly and left us feeling happy about our new upgrade. He also made sure to mention all of their new discounts and offers, I really considered changing my Apple Watch but will come back when I decide because they offer discounts for first responders, business owners, Drs and nurses, military, and teachers. Thanks AT&T and Johnny for a wonderful experience !

I worked with Jaylynn and she was amazing. Very informative and went above and beyond to assist me. Stuck with me the whole time and didn't let me down. Made me believe in AT&T once again.

The manager, Eddy, has always made my experience at this store an amazing experience. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He and his staff play a large part as to why I visit that store against all others. I'm always treated well. Always greeted by staff. I see they treat everyone with courtesy and respect. It makes it really comfortable to seek assistance from this store. The store is always well maintained and almost always has inventory available for the newest products. It's nice to leave an AT&T store in a great mood. Thanks Eddy, and the others. They help keep customers loyal by the customer experience they consistently provide.

A very, very helpful and pleasant representative spent a couple of hours over 2 days helping me straighten out problems and set up my service correctly. Great customer service and integrity in his work. Thank you, John!

We showed up at 6:45 thinking it was enough time because the internet says this location is open until 8 p.m. We had called previously to see if they had the phone I wanted and made the drive. Luckily Johnny was there to help, he explained that normally they stop seeing customers at that time but he was kind enough to make the exception when we told him how far we drove. He was knowledgeable and professional and got us in and out quickly! This place has great customer service, would definitely recommend coming to this store if you have the option.

The service at this store is amazing! Brandon and Sidhartha were able to help me resolve the unusual hardware/software issues I was experiencing with my iPhone (issues that the local Apple Store could not resolve). They went above and beyond to make sure I left with a fully functional phone and more information on how to optimize the other ATT services I have on my account. Safe to say I will be coming back to this store for any future needs. Thank you so much!

We went here to AT&T and got all new phones and AT&T direct streaming. Brandon is the store manager and he is Fabulous! Sid was great! We got new phones, phone cases, screen protectors and we loved it. Love the service we didn’t have to wait. This is our family’s only store I ever want to go to. Thank you so much!

Sid was a great help for my wife and I. He helped us save a bunch on our bill and even got us upgraded! Costumer service at this location is their top priority and it’s clearly evident. I won’t go to any other location for my future inquiries!

Both Eddy and Sid were very helpful with all of my internet and plan questions. We were able to walk in and get amazing support/information as well as a better deal for our family plan. Whole team seems very friendly and personable.

I had great experience with triple A. The service person arrived 10 minutes earlier than predicted. In 5 minutes or less, he resolved the problem.

Haru was very efficient and was able to help me very quickly with what I wanted. He has good knowledge of the options and gave me the best deal. He went out of his way to help me set up everything for a non-technical person.

Sid was extremely helpful. I had a complicated situation with multiple phones, adding lines, changing plans, transferring numbers. He offered many options and solutions and was quick and efficient.

Haru was so very helpful. He explained everything in terms I could understand & he was a very genuine & friendly person. I would give him the highest praise if anyone I’ve received help from.
