I wish I could give this place 10 stars. $20 here takes you a long way. If you see an item don’t hesitate to buy since it may not be there the next time you visit. I’ve been to all the Grocery Outlet’s in the area and this Altadena locations takes the cake. It’s always clean and if there weren’t already deals, most of the time, they have a table with clearance items. My only recommendation is to double check expiration dates. You would think a place with such great deals would have a line out the door. I have never waited longer than 1 minute to check out. Speedy and efficient customer service. I can’t emphasize how much I love this place.

Love the vegan selection here ! Our 1 single 33¢ soda can had a 0.75 CRV charge attached to it though, so keep an eye on that.

Thank you to Sandra & Jose who fought hard to get us to paint the Greetings from ALTADENA mural on the side of their store! We are happy to make it all happen finally. Also, we end up going to Grocery Outlet weekly as it’s the best prices! This is not a plug but we are so happy we discovered it. We hope that this piece will become a future landmark for ALTADENA for generations to come! Thank you again!!!

My girlfriend and I lovingly call this place bargain basement. You can find gems like ice cream that you’re supposed to eat at night called Pickles For Two. I will say I was impressed when they handed out treats and water at an Altadena pride parade. Love that they support their community. But selections are, as an employee, put it herself, hit or miss.

Great prices! Cheaper than Trader Joe’s. There are always staples, like dairy and even non-dairy milk products. And there’s usually some fun surprises, such as garden decorations or super-ripe avocados.

My favourite supermarket in the Altadena/Pasadena area. I have saved a LOT of money through shopping here. Items are very good quality usually and there is a huge variety, including Organic, Vegan, etc. Staff are super helpful and friendly. I’ve recommended Altadena Grocery Outlet to others who found the sane that I did.

Very socually conscious, supportive of local charities, food donations, and a great food truck collection on Fridays.

Good deals on grocery and household items, focused on good prices rather than variety so sometimes you're not gonna find that overpriced Rocky Road every other big box store has.

Good to check in often to see what interesting items they have, I've just grabbed a solo beach tent at a third the price! I also like that there are local flyers and business cards at the registers, shows a refreshing neighborhood store mentality.

First time at any of there location and I gotta say pretty cool!! Great wine prices. Actually insanely low wine prices. You get mostly the basic sales papers prices for the most sought. However, there are about 20 products you can have incredible savings on with coupons. Basic free savings. And that was just a few minutes roaming it. Try it out.

Love love this grocery store. Ever since I heard they were going to open this one near my house I was absolutely thrilled because I did not have to drive to the other locations that are very far for me. This grocery store has a lot of good prices and awesome products at a very good price. You will find a lot of organic foods too. You never know what new things you will find each week. This is my go to grocery store for sure. This store is like a little gem. The workers here are always so nice. I’ve been coming to this store every since they opened and I’ve never had a problem. This place is always so clean too.

This is my favorite GO because the staff is friendly, it's well stocked but not overwhelming like some other stores (GO) and I have mostly been lucky. They have a lot of products we love for a fraction of the cost which is awesome because we like to buy organic and need to buy gluten free. Sometimes I go in there looking for specific things and they usually have it, like Kombucha, however they may not have the exact brand I'm looking for but that's OK. Love this place and I love that when the mask order went into affect they said something at the door.

I drive 30 minutes to and back to buy from this place crazy insane deals and allot of foods you can't get anywhere else or find together at any certain store but this place does it. Owners of this store I want you to know I have the upmost respect for you just from the prices and types of healthy foods I find here i can tell you're deeply conscious and as well deeply considerate and selfless with your fellow man. I have never had a store in my life where I said wow I want to come back here and I finally found one. Even food 4 less more like food 4 more.

great store!! clean, wide aisles, really friendly helpful staff- everytime (15 visits I think) good organic selection- if u see it ,buy it! Not always same merch. and good alcohol prices:-)
