My family and I got assisted by Carlos and he was incredibly informative, calm, patient, and nice. He went above and beyond to help us for about 4 hours until our phone numbers were fully transferred to Verizon. Incredible employee and service from this location. Highly recommended if you're looking for a store to get information, changes services, and obtain new phones.

I was helped by Dorian. Great customer service. Polite, knowledgeable and made this a great experience. Upgraded to a new phone. Kept his cool during the little earthquake we had. Scary.

Very friendly staff. Smaller, much quieter location off the beaten path. Great spot to hit if you aren’t trying to wait around for long periods of time and want to be in and out quicker.

Great staff helped me with everything I needed So I bought a new Otterbox great service.

I was assisted 2 times by Danny. He was professional, calm, friendly, and provided above and beyond customer service. From changing my wife's phone details to upgrading my old phone to a S23; he was phenomenal. I never would have upgraded my phone or plan, but he broke down the details very succinctly and his points made sense. He didn't try to upsell outside of our budget and was courteous when we asked about the various options. This store is our new favorite Verizon store thanks to the due diligence of Danny.

Danny is an all star. He took care of everything I needed to transfer to a new phone. He even put the new case and screen saver on. He was informative and very pleasant. He was all around a true professional.

Ariel and Geo provided amazing service. They asked great questions and helped make sure I was buying the phone based on what's important to me. So happy the phone was in stock. Helped with a case and screen saver . They made sure all my stuff transferred properly. They both have wonder personalities!! That is an asset in any sales situation. The person Ariel assisted prior to me asked hundreds of questions and he answered every one of them patiently and professionally with a smile even though she was " window shopping". This is what keeps me a loyal Verizon customer I believe almost 25 years!! Thank you so much!!!

I went into this store to get two new phones with my dad. Juan was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and gave us the best deal. Will definitely be coming back and asking for him! :) Thanks Verizon! Great customer service.

Excellent service by Zachary and his team. I went to your porter ranch location first and they were horrible. Left and decided to go to chatsworth where I normally go anyways and Zach and his staff spent a lot of time with me and switched the phones I had. They were very patient and curious!! Jovanni was the person who helped me to choose the right phone to upgrade my old one. He was very patience and gave me other options and products. He also transferred my information from my old phone to my new phone. I could see how good customer service he has. The other 2 employees at that time were very friendly too. I am so glad that I found this location, it was a lot of parking spaces and the employees are fast to help you. Thank you again Jovanni!

Came in to buy the new iPhone as mine was super old and lagging. I also had to switch accounts and move some lines over, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ariel was such a great help! He was super efficient and kind. He was nice enough to let me know to come earlier in the morning as to not wait to get my new phone (which he also received 1.5 months earlier than my quoted date). Probably the best Verizon experience I could’ve asked for. Thank you Ariel!

I called and placed my order for the 12 pro max with Ariel. He let me know that the phone came earlier then expected which was a nice surprise given that the phone is on back order . When I got to the location for pick up , he was very sweet and helped me with all the questions I had. He even put my case + screen protector on for me . He’s GREAT !!

We had a very pleasant experience with Sintia. She answered lots of questions I had, it also helped that all the answers she gave me were what I wanted to hear 😁 She was very informative, polite and patient. Started the process of upgrading my daughters iPhone over the phone and once the phone arrived at her store, cause they were sold out, we came and picked it up in 3 business days like she had told us. Once we were at the store, she got us in and out of there with all our questions answered. I would definitely go back to her when I upgrade my phone or any other phone on my family plan.

Very good service! Needed a new phone with an existing plan. Sintia reviewed several plans and calculated total cost of each to get us the best one. Never tried to sell us more than we needed. Store is also very COVID-conscious so we felt safe. Overall a very good experience!
