Every time I’ve come here, the staff have been over the top kind and helpful. And I know it’s not just me. Sometimes I’ll be in line and yes, I’ll wait probably 30 seconds longer than I should. But the reason for that wait is because the cashier is clearly talking to a regular customer they’ve built rapport with. It makes me feel like I’m coming to a pharmacy that really is a part of my community, and not just a corporate chain that’s there for convenience

Had the absolute best experience with Walgreens Photo. I ordered a ton of photos and large canvases online and the team ensured they were all ready the same day and that each was perfect. Isaac in particular went above and beyond.

Lavance is one of the best Walgreens Manager in the system; excellent customer service. All the employees here have a great attitude!

I give the Store Mgr., Joe Evans, the 5-Star rating...I have been a Walgreens customer for many years and have been quite indulged by the friendly and professional personalities of the staff at my neighborhood store, so of course, I look for this whenever I go to any Walgreens. However, I visited this location one day (not my first visit here) and the behavior of the staff towards me and my small group of two left me uncomfortable and a bit upset, we were treated poorly. I will not go into details as it was of a "sensitive matter", but I left the store feeling a bit out of sorts, and felt this way about the experience for the rest of the day into the next morning, it bothered me. I called the Store Mgr. and explained the events that occurred with as much detail possible as best as I could remember...I struggled with whether or not to call because of the nature of the situation and how it could be perceived depending on who I discussed it with. Mr. Evans was both receptive to hearing what I had to say and responsive to my feelings about the experience as a person. I am grateful to him for that and will continue to be a customer at that Walgreens location.

While this is a Walgreens like any other, employee Andrew was an all-star while helping us get a passport photo for our 4-year old. Kind, efficient, professional. Just what you hope for but rarely find. Way to go Andrew!

Eddie at the photo counter was amazing and a total life saver. We had already tried at two other places to get a passport photo at european specifications and he was the only one who managed it! Can’t say thank you enough!

I shop here nearly daily. The store is well stocked and the staff is always helpful. They are open all the way until midnight (and there's a 24 hr one not that far away).

Clean store, wasn't too far of a walk from navy pier to get some medicine.
