This is unreal. I placed two orders both on the same day. Absolutely no way to contact fashion nova via email. I haven't received my order nor help!!!

They never sent me my tracking number I don’t know if I put the wrong email but I’m trying to talk to someone about it and I’m not getting anywhere I order yesterday and paid and everything

If there was a negative star, that's exactly what they would get. I received a dress for an event for my daughter and it had significant stains on it. Not only do they not have a LIVE customer service or chat, they have a "Help" link where you go to upload a picture/complaint and someone is supposed to get back to you. I've been waiting for 2 days! I will NEVER order from them again!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA. I made a purchase 11.11.23 on 11.18.23 I got a notification it was delivered. Being that I really needed these items for Sunday 11.19.23 I immediately emailed Fashion Nova to let them know the package was incorrectly delivered. After going back and forth and showing proof my package was not delivered they now are refusing to refund me and are trying to force me to continue to do business with them even after several emails of me telling them I don’t want their trash products or a store credit. They are thieves. This is the shadiest business I’ve ever experienced.

The refund policy and shipping will be the downfall for this company. I would first like to start off by saying the merchandise is hit or miss. I’ve ordered from Fashion Nova a few times and I hate that if you’re not satisfied with the merchandise you can not receive a refund only store credit. I also paid $29.99 to have an order delivered the next business day, had I known it was still going to take a week I would have never placed the order and paid for EXPEDITED shipping. I have never had this issue with any other company, and once my store credit is gone I won’t be ordering from them again. Lesson learned!

This company is absolute garbage. I bought 2 shirts and they started to degrade fast. Emailed their useless customer service, who replied THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR CUSTOMER and will not address my issue. Then they randomly emailed me a ghost order that I just purchased the exact same 2 shirts today! Unauthorized. Well I checked my card and nothing has been charged thankfully. Very upsetting.

WORST COMPAGNY EVER. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. Order #121279761. The items I ordered were not looking like advertised, some I was not allowed to return (they never made that clear that it was a final sale) and I was answered by bots. No one reviewed my multiples emails, only bots. I never had one true answer from them. They maintain that they only send gift card, but I looked online and IT DOES NOT COUNT AS A VALID FORM OF REFUND. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

They claim my package was delivered and I was home. I received nothing, I initiated a refund request within two hours. The delivery company and fashion nova keeps going back and forth. I reported to bbb and all they offered is a reshipment or store credit. I need my package for my birthday before Christmas eve and they are holding on to my money or value for the money.
I am livid with the service encountered.
I paid cash, why can’t I get my full refund back?

I purchased a embellished shrug, it came damaged, they sent a replacement and it came damaged, I purchased another one, it came damaged and they refused to replace it telling me they couldn't see the damage, thread coming apart and the stones, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST, tried contacting Richard Sanhian the CEO, this dude doesn't even have an email address, does anyone know how to contact him? I'm going to file a class action suit on them for poor practices, horrible customer service and cheating customers out of their rights. I only gave them 1 star because didn't see where to give them 0

I ordered something online somehow my credit expired when I didn't check out quickly enough. I sent an email to customer service but to no avail. There is no customer service rep that you can actually speak with. I guess I'm just out of my money?

Customer service sucks!!!! You will never get anything resolved !! They basically can do NOTHING FOR YOU & they totally abandon their customers & customers needs!

Horrible customer service, I wish I could give 0 stars. I recently placed 2 orders on new clothing, and I received emails saying that my order was placed. Then I received emails saying both orders were cancelled due to billing issues, yet money was still removed from my account. If the information was not correct it shouldn't have even let me purchase the items, I had just ordered something yesterday and it went through. I'm very dissatisfied with how this was done, there is no customer service number to call, and I'm forced to sit and wait for an answer that I don't know when it will come. I want to know when will I get the merchandise or my money back because this is very poor customer service.
