I wanted to leave an outstanding review for Isabella! My mother lost her phone and is very un tech savvy and Isabella was so patient and completely smart and helpful getting my mom back on Track with a new phone. Very knowledgeable! Thank you so much to her for a very easy and pleasant experience.

After 14 years of being with Verizon and only Verizon, I now have switched to AT&T, and it couldn’t have been an easier process. AT&T in Ledgewood had various colors of the new I phone available and all the other accessories I needed. Mahlon made switching services a breeze and went above and beyond providing solid customer service. For any of your phone related needs, head to this branch and keep life easy!

I've decided that since the former manager that was so very helpful in Denville retired over a year ago, I needed a closer store that could provide accurate information and ease of upgrading phones or service. So, this is my now Go To AT&T center in the future!

Very pleased with my choice and especially happy to have upgraded our service to the Unlimited plan with no throttling down as well as 40gb hotspots per phone!

Both of your representatives greeted me as I walked in. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've been to other AT&T stores and this was by far my best experience. By far this was the best store visit I've ever encountered. I've been an AT&T customer for years and always dreaded the thought of going into the store when it was time to upgrade my phone. From the time I stepped into the store the staff were very attentive and welcoming. "T" the store manager provided excellent service. He and the staff were very knowledgeable and concerned about what best suited my needs as a customer opposed to just making a sale. Five Star service all the way!

We recently went to the store on route 10 in Ledgewood. We have been dealing with the store manager name T for years. I traded in for an upgrade and also added a new line for my daughter. Sometimes these activities can take hours and be dreadful. But dealing with T he is so good at multitasking! He was able to deal with us as well as other customers all at the same time and we never once felt neglected.. He is very knowledgeable, very patient, and move the process along with a smile. He is the perfect Customer representative and face love your company! He is the reason why we keep coming back for years and using your service!

Tamier and his staff are wonderful!! They are very customer focused and are very attentive to your needs. They are patient and will take as much time as needed to help you walk out of that store fully satisfied. They are always providing the most cost-effective means to make the changes you want and need for your phone service. With Tamier as manger he will have a lifetime customer in me.

Isaiah is the absolute BEST- extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! He takes the time to help explain the best possible options available and makes the customer feel valued and comfortable asking questions. My experience with Eric Russo at the store was great. He was able to help me and at the same time get things started for two other customer. He had one guy on the phone with customer service for a warranty issue and backing up another ladies phone. He signed me up for Direct Now. Eric explained everything to me and I was able to go home and install. Thanks for being a professional.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced, Eric my sales guy went over my new phones feature in great detail "I felt like an expert by the time he was finished" and left confident. He also went over what plan would best suite me and the warranty "what it covers and what it did not". I also felt like I received a good price on my phone and the accessories I purchased. If you are in the market for a new phone I strongly recommend that you shop this location. Thanks again Eric.

Taimir listened to everything I wanted to do with my plan. He went through all of my options with me and this helped me tremendously decide on what I wanted. His patience and listening skills were wonderful! The process can take awhile when upgrading phones or anything. He made the entire time go smoothly! It's a good thing I went to the salespeople who work at the store about buying a new phone. They didn't impose anything on me, they just told me about the characteristics of different smartphones, and I chose for myself what suited me best financially.

I went to AT&T today to start a new phone plan and get rid of my Tmobile plan. There were multiple other customers to be helped during my visit there and I received the most amazing customer service from the Assistant Manager Isaiah. Thank you so much for all of your help! Happy to be a new AT&T customer!

There was nice help me I had problems with service

The staff here is amazing. Store manager Taimir Williams hooked up me and my family while saving us money too. They've changed some of the staff but even the new staff is just as helpful as their manager.
