AT&T Store

I am a tech void senior who was in need of a new phone. I originally started the process with Kevin who was wonderfully patient with me. When I was able to complete the process, Kevin was not available so Ethan took over. In a short period of time, the initialization and carrier transfer process was complete. There were fer surprises and some compromises but all in all, I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this store and your representatives to family and friends.

Pj was super helpful and made a smooth transition for us as we switched providers and needed a new phone for my husband. All while multitasking with other customers needs and answering phone calls. Overall great and easy experience all thanks to Pj!

First of all, I can’t stand salesman. That’s why I wait till the very last minute to get a new phone. PJ and the new trainee were absolutely wonderful. Gave me all the information I asked for didn’t carry into things that I was definitely not interested actually had a good time. Please tell them thank you with all my heart be looking forward to go back and picking up my phone. Thanks for asking about my experience.

Excellent experience today replacing a phone. Tony provided pleasant, patient service, and demonstrated some of the features that were new to me. Both gentlemen ( Tony and Derkin) were helpful with the new phone, explaining my existing plan and also the benefits of an unlimited plan.

New phone or root canal? That’s how I used to think about going to discuss anything with my phone. Not so yesterday! I was greeted quickly and in a very friendly manner. There was no pressure to upswell to make a larger commission. Staff was efficient and friendly. Got everything transferred and on my way in one half hour. I actually enjoyed the experience! I went to the AT&T with a hearing problem with my phone. Justin was so personable and very professional. I had had my phone for 8 years and was due for an upgrade. Justin took his time with me and got me a new phone and the best deals! I was so pleased with him! I love my new phone. He made sure I understood everything before I left.

No need for improvement with Chantal!! I have had 2 awesome experiences with her. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. She answered all questions I had, informed me of other products available in the store, and wasn't pushy about buying anything I wasn't comfortable with. She is definitely a 5 star employee!! Give that girl a raise!!

Chantal was very polite & knowledge, she went over & above to try to find the phone I wanted.. she also took the time to give us a rundown of our price with our phone choices.. Chantal is a great asset to your company. Thank You!!

Dealing with Justin Jones was a 5 Star experience in all categories.
After multiple visits to other AT&T stores about my problem cell phone, Justin was the ONLY tech who actually offered to DO something to try to resolve my issue. And he did it in a polite & pleasant manner. He has the experience & know how to fix anything!
And, on top of everything else he has the patience of Job.

Justin at the AT&T store is an amazing and knowledgeable employee. He was nothing but helpful and even answered questions my husband had regarding his apple account. He explained the differences in the various iPhone 13 models and helped pick the one that had all the features I needed. While we were there he transferred all the information from my old phone to the new one. I wanted a protective screen on my new phone and he took great pains to get it on perfectly with no bubbles or marks. The whole experience was quick and I learned a lot about the various features of the new phone. It was by far the best experience selecting and buying a new phone I’ve ever had.

Kyle was Great and Very Helpful. He was busy with all the people in the store trying to get new phones and helping them out. One thing I would say he needs to have another person there bc he was the only one in store. But he was great 👍

I had an absolutely fabulous experience buying my new iPhone yesterday. I was greeted, waited a very short time while Andrew finished up with another customer, then was given Andrew’s full attention For as long as it took to purchase and set up my new phone. Andrew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.

This location is understaffed, but the employees are working hard to accommodate customers. They are trying to find more employees. Chantel is a good multitasker and waits on one customer and plans tasks for the one waiting so their time is not completely wasted. She explains things well and the new guy was very helpful on his first day. You can tell he loves technology and phones.

We had a a very productive and pleasant experience with Zacary at the Gettysburg AT&T. store yesterday. He was patient, knowledgeable and quite personable.

What a good young man waited on us yesterday as we stopped in to trade our old phone in for a new one. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He is a credit to AT&T.

I have gone to the ATT store twice for different issues with my new phone, and the Manager, Jerrell Blaine, is terrific. He takes his time to explain things to me and is a real professional that knows his phones. Thank you Mr. Blaine

Chantel was extremely knowledgeable about the product I was looking at. Very detailed and patient with me, as I had many questions, since I am not a “techy” person. Very good at her job! Give her a raise!

Niko is awesome! I am not a AT&T customer but Niko has seriously made me consider being one! I visited your store to be able to see the Samsung Flip that no one else has a demo of and he was an absolute pleasure! Very polite and full of knowledge! I could tell he had taken the time to learn about the phone! Hold onto him! He is a gem!

I recently purchased an iPhone at the Gettysburg PA store next to the Giant. Cory was the representative who assisted me and he was fantastic. No sales pitch, provided me exactly what I was looking for, very professional and very knowledgable. It was a pleasure having him help!!!
