I've always been a big fan of Rothy's, but I was able to enjoy the in-store shopping experience this weekend. I'm so thankful there's a storefront in the Midwest, and I hope for more locations in the future (like Indianapolis). The customer service was absolutely amazing! The employees were so helpful and extremely friendly. It was so cool to be able to try on new shoes and see bags that I've only purchased online before! My husband even got his first pair of Rothy's, so now we're a Rothy's family!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this Rothy's location! Teryn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about sizing and various shoe styles. She was very patient with me as I tried on many different options and helped me think through all my concerns as I considered which pair to pick. I will definitely be coming back :)

I had been looking online for comfortable, classy shoes I can wear daily as a law student. I found a few styles of Rothy’s online that I thought might work, and was glad to have the opportunity to visit the store and try on before purchasing.

I was most interested in the sneaker, but wasn’t sure they were quite my style when I tried them on. I was helped by Taryn, who was an absolute gem, and she had on the lace-ups. They looked great on her and I thought I’d try them on myself. They turned out to be exactly what I was looking for!

Taryn walked me through the care instructions - washability was a big selling point for me. Not only did I find a pair of shoes that fits my needs and style, Taryn provided excellent service. She was a bright spot in my day, and should I come back to purchase the sneaker or loafer in the future, I will definitely ask for Taryn!

I love this place, the sale associates are so accommodating and will make sure you are comfortable with your purchase prior to leaving the store.

Great customer service! I worked with Sean who was very patient as I determined my size, I’m a true 10.5 (43). The store is beautiful, and welcoming which in a small space can be hard to do well- it’s easy to feel pressured/awkward, but not Rothy’s! It’s so so nice to have a physical store to feel the product when you’ve seen it online. Love the people and I’m obsessed with the shoes! Can’t wait to ask for another pair for Christmas.

First time owner of a pair Rothy’s — after years of wanting a pair, I realized there was a location in Chicago so I decided to traveled 45 mins from the west suburbs to try on a park and get my size so later I could possibly purchase a pair off Poshmark. Radhika allowed me to try on any pair I wanted and KNEW based on each style if I needed to size up or down. She was friendly, patient, and realistic with the support she offered during my experience. Once it was all said and done I ended up purchasing the shoe I wanted and left feeling great about the experience as a whole. Will be back for sure and next time I’m bringing my mama bear with me to get her a pair as well ;)

Radhika — you’re so sweet! As a previous manager in retail and now being a HR professional, I can wholeheartedly say you’re an amazing asset to Rothy’s. Shopping on Saturdays can typically be a hassle and be a bit chaotic but with you, I was in great hand and given the grace to explore.

Got my first pair and they felt comfortable af. Most of the variety is online though but the fit between the styles is different enough that it is worthwhile to make sure you test the fit in store.

I had the BEST experience at the Rothy’s store today! Teryn was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She was patient and answered all of my questions. My mom and I both left with a new pair of shoes, and we are amazed at how comfortable they are. We are glad that Teryn helped us and encouraged us to go up our normal size because the shoes definitely fit more comfortably that way. And Teryn helped me to get my mom out of her comfort zone a little to purchase a pair of shoes in a pattern when she normally only wears shoes in solid colors. I really appreciated her help and recommend asking for her if you visit this Rothy’s location. You can’t go wrong with these shoes! They are worth every single penny.

I have been checking the site hoping the soft orchid points would come back in stock. I decided to call the store and Jessica answered the phone. I have never had such amazing customer service in my life! I’m in Michigan so our taxes are lower than Illinois’… when I mentioned this to her she was able to process my phone order applying the Michigan taxes instead since it was shipped to Michigan! I’m so happy with how diligent she was with processing my order. No wonder this store received a 4.9 star rating on Google!! 💕💕💕

Had a really great shopping experience here a few weeks ago. I received a gift card here for Christmas so I decided to go in to actually try the shoes on before I purchased anything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing me to try on many different styles and sizes before I found the ones I wanted.

These shoes are washable and very comfortable, and I'd recommend visiting this shop if you're in Lincoln Park!

I am already a huge Rothy’s fan, with multiple shoes and bags. Last week was my fist trip and it was an amazing experience. I was picking out shoes for my bridesmaids and Taryn (or Teryn? Didn’t ask her how to spell it) was so attentive. She answered all my questions on sizing and had tons of recommendations. She made the experience easy and fun and I was so grateful!

I see very stylish shoes around in all different prints and when I ask women where they got them a lot of times the answer is Rothy's! I finally bought my first pair online and it was off a little in the size (I have wide weird feet) so I went to the Rothy's store in Lincoln Park. By far, the best experience I've had shopping for shoes! This was in large part because of Teryn who was incredibly kind and found the perfect size for me. She went above and beyond and I can't thank her enough. I walked away so happy with my new shoes and I'm already eyeing my next pair with a fabulous subtle camo print! Customer for life.

I have been eyeing these for so long and finally had the opportunity to visit the storefront during my work trip to Chicago. The sales clerk was extremely helpful in finding my sizes in each style of shoe so that I feel more comfortable ordering online without the fear of returns/extra shipping. Thanks a bunch!

Oh my! I went in for shoes and left with 3 pairs and 2 bags! I'm absolutely sold and other than snow boots and running shoes, I may never buy shoes from a different company ever again! Such great service!
