I was visiting Chicago this past weekend and was shopping, looking for a suit for a very special occasion coming up, especially since Nordstrom is no longer in Canada.

If your looking for a men's suit, you have to ask for Larry.
I had the absolute pleasure meeting and working with Larry in the Men's suits department. He is an expert at what he does and a perfect representation of what Nordstrom service should look like.
He literally looked at me and knew my sizes right away. Once I tried his recommendation, I realized he was 100% correct down to every last detail.

Made the process to shop so much easier, and was able to get me something off the rack.

He needs to be recognized for his excellent service.
I would highly recommend this location to my family and friends especially if they are coming to look for a men's suit.

First time visiting! We celebrated my son turning 18!! Love this place and would definitely be back!! Michael was our waiter and he was so excellent! Food & drinks are a FIVE STAR!! I’m addicted now, this place will be forever on my to favorite places list!

This Nordstrom rivals Vancouver BC store. Really well laid out, lots of opportunities for the perfect buy! The location on the Magnificent Mile is primo. Lots of enjoyable shopping and many great restaurants. Worth a stroll. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

Love this mall it has all lovely brands. Service was great and the clothes are high quality.Also the Nordstrom card is very helpful and lot of points to use when shopping

If you're like me, it can be hard to find a well-fitting dress shirt. They do a great job with altering men's shirts here. Plus basic alternations are included if you bought the shirt at the store.

Fabulous store! Always busy but easy to walk in get service and get out! I got the So Kate red bottoms! They had them in stock and ready to go! The sales person was super nice!

I had such a great shopping experience with Jasmine from the Gucci counter last weekend. She helped me find some skincare products and a new sunscreen. Good customer service is really important to me and many places lack it these days. It’s easy to buy things online rather than going to the store in person. But positive experiences and employees like Jasmine make it worth coming back to stores in person.

Nordstrom has the best customer service. And this location has a bar in the middle of the store. Love it! The pickup let's you try stuff on nearby & will open your packages for you, if you want them to.

Excellent customer service at all points in store. Loved the bar within the store.

Always look forward to going to Nordstrom, awesome deals and the staff go above and beyond to help, even if store doesn’t have.
Will give great recommendations and they are quick to price match.

I love this store. Nothing compares. Their staff and the chill vibe. Stress free shopping and helpful staff and services. Enjoy the experience of how shopping should be.

Took a weekend trip to Chicago with my son and we did some shopping at Nordstrom. My son was able to find something in the men's department and I was able to have a cocktail at the conveniently located Cocktail bar in the department store where I enjoyed a reasonably priced Old Fashioned. We even received a recommendation for a very good pizza resturant from a Nordstrom employee....😋.

Super unique location with decor and design to match. 4 floors of shopping, connected to the mall. Plenty of space and seating areas to wait while your loved one shops.

All around fabulous shopping temple. People watching. Cafe. Inspired purchases probable..

Other than the exorbitant prices, very nice store. Friendly staff. Loved the Smiley collection.
