Jewel-Osco

This is a good Jewel Osco store. Nice modern interior. Had the things I was looking for. Really appreciate them selling Boar's Head deli products, as my closest location does not offer them. Friendly staff at the deli. Produce section could have been a little better but it wasn't terrible. Everything seemed orderly for this smaller location. Will definitely return next time I am in Chicago.

I just had the most amazing experience at the Jewel located at 102 W. Division in downtown Chicago. Our cashier, Jocelyn, greeted us with a beautiful smile and attitude. I asked her if she knew of any good Peruvian restaurants in the area and she rattled off two of them right of the top of her head. We were also looking for a good bottle of water (I am an alcoholic and do not drink liquor) and she recommended a bottle of Fiji water. She said it was "classy". My daughter lives down the street from this Jewel and it was so nice to have an employee there that cares about people and the customers as much as Jocelyn does. Good job, Jewel! Keep up the good work! It is so nice to have knowledgeable employees working there! I have attached a picture of the meal that we enjoyed based on Jocelyn's marvelous recommendation!

So this is my local Jewel-Osco in Old Town / Gold Coast. It is always very clean and organized and has a great selection of groceries and more. They also do quite a bit of grab and go so it is super convenient. I walked there yesterday to pick up a couple of things. As a real estate agent for over 16 years and living in the city for over 21, it was the first time I have ever seen a bride walking through Jewel. She looked beautiful and had fun friends and her husband was waiting at the front with the groomsmen. I asked if I could take a pic because I have NEVER seen this before and they all started cracking up. I want to be their real estate broker!

I have been shopping here for ages. Staff is friendly, the store is clean. My favourite items are sushi, deserts and bananas. Also they have great selection of flowers. If you get vaccination from COVID, they give 20 dollars discount from orders over 200.

You gotta try their hot breakfast sandwiches. They put them out around 7:30. Also the sushi is very nice. And they have a wide selection of cold drinks, including Protein2o. Only problem is that it can get extremely overwhelmed with customers.

I was visiting family near your store. I went there 3 different times in 4 days. The employees were extremely nice and helpful in finding products. Store was clean, neat and organized. Prices were reasonable I think for this location. Deli chicken wings on Friday were awesome. Thank you for such a great shopping experience. MATT

This review is for the Jewel on Division and Clark. This is their best location. There's a GD BAR upstairs! The regular bartenders are fantastic and make you feel like you're welcome every time. The deli is awesome. The Starbuck's is fast. The produce seems better than others! Weird....but terrific. Dodge some characters outside if it's getting dark, and get inside for everything you need under one roof.

My husband and I live in Canada and are visiting Chicago. We went to the deli at this store and met Yvette McGee behind the counter. What a treat that was. She was outstanding. She advised us on all we needed to know, served us wonderfully well, making great suggestions and went above and beyond in her attitude and service level. What a huge credit she is to your company. Thank you, Yvette!!! Please come to Canada and give our store employees in customer service! You sure brightened our day!!!

Great selection of organic and gluten free products. Clark & Division is a busy store so the lines are often long, but they move surprisingly fast. There's a even a bar upstairs by the liquor department. There's something magical about the garage also. If the sun is at the just right angle in the morning, it hits the edges of the glass wall panels and covers the garage and cars in rainbows for a few minutes. 🙂

I shop here after reading at the Newberry Library and am always impressed by the freshness of the veggie section and their reasonable prices. The store is clean and well stocked for the basic type of items I buy. It is usually not convenient for me to have my grocery hauling cart with me, so I am reluctantly limited to what I can carry on the CTA home to the South Side. But there are items not easily found in my neighborhood stores, so this is helpful. The cashiers are efficient.

Really enjoyed myself with a friend here.
I bought some naan and my friend bought veggie sticks. They were both delicious. I was treated very well by Paul, the bartender, and the cashier was super friendly.
The customer service was exceptional and the product was delicious.
I will definitely be coming here often.

This is a typical Jewel osco grocery store with one very big exception. It is a moderate size so you can find things that you are looking for especially if you are in a hurry and only need to purchase two or three items. So much more convenient than the big huge stores where you have to walk a mile before you can get everything. Granted that the selection is not as diverse as the big stores but it's good enough especially when you are only looking for two or three or four items and want a quick checkout. You could also self check out as in most of the Jewel-Osco stores. The other major feature of this store is indoor parking. If you have a garage at home you can go shopping without even wearing a coat and for sure you won't get wet in the rain. If convenience is requirement this is definitely the place to go

I do almost all my shopping at this renovated Jewel location. It is clean, new, and has everything I need day to day. Upstairs, there is also a great liquor selection and a bar. The prices are average overall, though the weekly specials definitely offer some great deals.

I always find everything I eat here. All kind of fruits and vegetables 🍇🍎🥑 There's always a gift for every special occasion around the year. Inside you can find a Starbucks coffee too.

This location usually has what I'm looking for. Meat, fruit and vegetables are fresh. There's not normally a crowd of people when I shop. Most of the time, I shop late in the evening, 8pm-10:30pm.

Clark & Division Jewel: Beautiful store. & very busy for a Wednesday morning. They've got everything in a one stop shop. Floral, liquor, hugh selection of food. Upstairs the liquor department houses a wine bar with flat screen TV & cozy seating. Buy a salad or sandwich downstairs, bring it up and enjoy a Bears game on Sunday with a nice glass of Chardonnay!

Jewel is completely renovated. Now I can enjoy a variety of organic fruits and vegetables, ethnic spices and kosher meats. Moreover, the prices are reasonable. AmazonFresh is no longer getting my orders!

This store has an abundance of fresh produce in stock everyday. It is well maintained; you rarely see old, rotten, or over ripe product. The seafood and meat departments are also well-supplied and fresh. Prices are competitive.

Normally we come here late in the evening so have not had much of an issue with the long lines. Only drawback is this store does not have a pharmacy, but there is a 24/7 CVS across the street. The produce section is big and I’ve noticed they’re stocking more organic and “healthy” options.

Great produce selection and weekly sales. They could open all their checkout lanes when it’s super busy on the weekends but overall we love it
