AT&T Store

My phone just died. Suddenly. Dead. Who can be without a phone these days? I envisioned a world of hurt coming my way: replacing the phone, retrieving all its data (not easy with a dead phone), not to mention a BIG expense. Fearing the worst, I stopped by AT&T's store on Soscol in Napa. Gabe served me. He totally got my predicament. Within a half an hour, I had a new phone, new accessories, data transferred from the old phone to the new, and all at a ridiculously low price (more than half the time I spent there was Gabe looking for (unasked by me) the best prices). When you go to the dentist, do you sometimes mistrust what they tell you that you need? You can trust Gabe. This is service that's so outstanding, it went out of fashion years ago. What a tech-hero this Gabe is! Ten stars (out of five).

Thank you to Jason fro helping me fix my phone. I wasn't able to receive calls. I went to multiple stores and no one could figure it out. Jason took the time to call into att for me and fixed it in no time at all!

Jason and Gabe helped me getting switched over from metro and they made me 100 percent sure that switching was the right thing to do. They helped me above and beyond, but also got my data transfered over plus with the promotions I paid very little today or at all because of my trade in. They take acp program to lower my bill and gave me a free smartwatch with my transfer and new phone. My bill is still incredibly low considering i now have two devices with the watch. I would highly recommend Them for anyone looking for good honest customer service. They tell you the deal completely upfront no tricks needed.

Att in Napa was amazing helping my husband get his phone working again. The other store told me they couldn't help me, but I went in and Jason helped me right away!

It was very simple and easy. Everyone was very nice. Kristina was helpful and directing me to Jason. Jason helped me get a new phone an trading in my old one. Super helpful! Fabian also helped me a lot the day before and explaining the trade in process. Great customer service!

Jason or J money as I like to call him went above and beyond. His large strong arms carefully assisted me in purchasing a new phone.
