The sushi lady and the ladies in the Deli, Moyra and Veronica were so helpful and sweet. They made our lunch hour passing thru very enjoyable.

Compared to Waterman Blvd for pharmacy alone we changed to American Canyon for reverse commute benifits.
I wish I had changed years ago, the store is relatively modern, has a secure vibe, a gas station, the pharmacy personnel have all been super nice and I get a overall feeling of the place being run right.

Absolutely, love Safeways Newly renovated pumps. The long hoses and snack kiosk is always clean, and ready for customers.

Riy at the flower department was extremely helpful.
Even though they were busy, she took time to help me choose the right flowers. She even split them up and wrapped them for me. She was extremely helpful and professional.

I wish they would accept tips. I hope this review gives her management team some insight to her hard work and amazing work ethic.

I love the gas prices. Even better when you've done some shopping and you have earned some points. It's really not very hard to acquire a 100 points to get $.10 (10 cents) òff of every gallon of gas. One time I earned 40 cents off of each gallon. I knew I had been doing some shopping but I didn't think that much. Then I found out that my son had used our phone number whenever he went shopping. No wonder! Good thing. He raided our refrigerator all the time.

This is my favorite location to shop at. The employees are amazing, patient and friendly. Their management on the floor is awesome always checking to see if they can help out. There are some employees not so great but thats anywhere.

I also enjoy getting my gas here and thats saying alot since Costco has always been my to go gas station. I usually save about 20 cents a gallon which makes a big difference. I earn points for shopping which turn into rewards for saving on gas.

Medel
I gave him five stars all across 10************.This is a man has integrity he has customer service That honestly, the store is severely lacking. I believe Medel should be managing a Safeway of his own.He has what it takes to make sure the customer is happy even if he doesn’t have an immediate solution.He truly cares about his customers he went above and beyond I am just really having a rough time. Safeway has $177.07 of my money and Won’t cancel an order that I did not receive and they know it and they tried multiple times to put through the same $177.07 I don’t know why??? He tried to help but it wasn’t his department unfortunately so he’s going to follow up on it and try to get them to take care of it. He’s the ONLY person from Safeway out of 40 to 50 calls that I have had called me back from the store. I have left numerous messages for the Actual STORE MANAGER to return my call yet I haven’t heard back from that person. I also asked who the district manager was and they said that’s secret information but they will assure he would call tomorrow & he hasn’t either so I just looked it up online so now I have a call into the district manager as well. Anyway this is about Medel and his amazing customer service, and going out of his way to make me feel like I was cared about as a customer in that goes a long way .
Medel you’re just righteous you are kind and generous caring all around just an amazing person to have spoke to tonight because I was having a rough time and thank you for going out of your way to use your own money and do something kind for me. I wasn’t expecting it was just really generous. I think Safeway needs to give you some time off paid. You are amazing. You are promoting material to get your own store.I wish someone worked undercover they would Definitely do something great for you. You’re the best Worker, the hardest worker at that store.

Stopped in kinda late looking for something to eat. Super glad Safeway is open until 12 am and always clean!!! Even though self checkout is closed the line moves smooth and I got a SCREAMING SICILIAN Pizza to munch on for the low low member price of $9.99 Happy Valentine's Day to me 🤦🏿‍♂😂😅🤣

Customer service was very helpful and listened to my concern. Long story short, pharmacy staff needs to open on time, shelves need stocking and there needs to be some PR about customer etiquette with Pick-Up parking. Here's what happened...I was having a medical emergency and needed liquid benadryl to open my airway. Because this was an emergency, i borrowed a pickup spot in front in parking. I ran in and the shelf was completely empty of liquid benadryl or a store equivalent. I went to the pharmacy to see if they could help. My bad luck - apparently, everyone was out to lunch, but would be returning shortly. I waited until 1:45 opening time and not even a soul was stirring in the pharmacy, so they had no intention of opening on time. I left to go to Walgreens and was not in the Sageway store for more than 5 minutes, but returned to my car to see someone blocking me in spot 5. I waved him away and he started making angry gestures before unblocking my spot so I could go get my emergency meds. Not okay.

We shopped really late Sunday and with only 1 register open and the self check , of course everyone is waiting in n in line for the 1 register and of course our cart was full and Theodore topped it off....the Little In lady rushed us thru like a Marathon Runner!! Kudos to be you and Thanks for making our shopping at Safeway joyable!!

Bigger than many Safeways, great selection, store seemed organized, and there were plenty of cashiers plus self checkout too.

The food is very good. I haven't ever been disappointed, nor has anyone in our party. If the weather is good you have three choices on where to eat. You can eat in the restaurant, in the covered patio, or out with the view of the river. This is a very good restaurant.

I jus didn't like the sandwich lady that made my order and said I had to pay there when nobody else said that ever. She definitely profiles people and her name starts with M.

Love their Vinegar Salt wings...sssooo delicious

The grocery store has a nice atmosphere. Their staff is polite and friendly. Overall, the store looks very clean and organized. They make it easy to find whatever you're looking for. Though, keep in mind the prices can be a bit higher if you don't have the Safeway club card.

Clean store. Great service in the deli. Clerk prepared our 🥪 and alerted us to free rotisserie chicken with coupon on receipt. I think her name was Moira. She definitely made our Fourth of July better.

It's one of my favorite stores here in CA. Always fresh products and produce. With a vast selection of products, you can't go wrong.

Didn't have sushi but got a good deal on sub meat and cheese for subs for my family lunch. Over all store is always put together with good customer service.

One of the best of course. From quality of products and they almost have everything you can think of. Store is always clean, love it.
