What we love the most about these fishing and gun stores is the customer service and the options for fishing tools. I went in with my little nephew, we didn't know much about fishing or the equipment needed for the river or lake, but Nick and Shayne were patient and very insightful, they sold us a couple of fishing pools and other stuff. I even got my Licence for a year fishing. Great job Nick see you soon, we will be back for more tips.

Nice people and store. I have been shopping here for 15 years. Have a good selection of outdoor/hunting and fishing gear. Great to have them here in Napa!

Best experience I've had at an outdoors store. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable, they had a great selection for everything that I was interested in, and they even had free hotdogs out front! I'll definitely be coming back for any of my outdoor needs.

Well stocked fishing and hunting store with great selection of lures and baits. If you need live grass shrimp or minnows they've got them.

I was looking for information on a vintage bow. Though they do not have an Archery Expert at this time, they provided great information on where to look for more info. That is a great quality of service.

A buddy and I showed up here just getting off of work and had decided to go Fishing this afternoon (more like evening) so we bought our fishing licenses as well fishing poles and because we hadn't gone fishing for sumtime my buddy and I just had the guy there, whom was very friendly Help us out and pretty much set us up with the proper things needed so that we cud show up to our location and Cast off.
Overall good prices on merchandise I thought. Even though I have to take my pole back and exchange it Hopefully (I can)cause the Tip came off on my first cast. We'll see what happens... Thanks in Advance.

Great experience buying from Bill! The whole staff was straightforward, accommodating, and kept everything legal for my Firearm Safety Certificate and handgun purchase.

Very minimal line compared with other nearby shops, and their COVID restrictions were easy to follow.

Greatest place for fishing and hunting accessories and pricing is very fair check them out my friends shop for trout and sturgeon adventure and what ever out in the bay...

Everything you need in one place, staff a very knowledgeable. Prices are a bit higher than chain stores, but I do not mind since they carry quality products and are personable.

Excellent customer service!! Jose is the guy to talk to about fly fishing... He's obviously passionate about the sport, and sharing his knowledge with others. Sweeney's offers free classes on Sat morn. I highly recommend this store for both gun and bow hunting needs, as well as all things fishing.

I called to ask about an M&P shield 9mm and the gun department was jammed so they couldnt answer any questions. Jeff who answered initially was able to help me out with pricing, availability and demand. He did a good job and I applaud him.

A little different experience now with COVID19, However they're doing a great job protecting their employees and the customers. I appreciate the extra precautions and great staff there to help us with our fishing needs.

Best gun shop around! As any firearm enthusiasts knows, gun shops are hit and miss. Somewhat for price and selection but mostly the temperment of the sales people. There are many gun shops with just outright jerks working the counter - NOT SO WITH SWEENEYS! Great group of salesmen, honest and easy to work with and they even have a sense of humor! If they don't have the gun you want they can get it and even private transfers or transfers from other FFLs are smooth. They are even a full service outfitter with everything you need for your next adventure. This is my go-to gun ship.

I would highly recommend giving them a shot (get it)!

This store has been here for awhile. I am very pleased to say that every product bought from there, including firearms, ammunition, safes, bows, outfits, and most other things sold there are of great quality and the staff do what they can to help.
