Black Bear Diner Napa

This store seems to have a lot of regulars. Customers walk in and the servers know their beverage of choice and entree! Great service, fair prices, and good food with decent portions! This is my second Black Bear Diner to review and it’s been consistent! I do have to say that the decor seems a bit tired and there was a musty smell in the dining area when I walked in. Other than that, it was a pretty nice experience!

Good food, huge quantities for price . We spent $ 65 for breakfast of 4 n we were full all day . The server was good and chatty .

I was really glad we had breakfast at black bear diner in Napa. Food was really tasty, and our server was really accommodating.. she even went above and beyond and gave us ice cream for my boyfriend to blow candle for his birthday. Thank you!

This is the place to go for slow cooked pot roast and brown gravy!!! Better than Mom used to make and the only place I've ever ordered it twice.

The only problem is choosing between the roast and the chicken pot pie.

Very busy night, but everyone was so wonderful. We had to wait to be seated but it was full. The host was nice and the server still took time for us. Great place and great people!

Delicious food. Great service. 1st time at the Napa location. Togo. They got the order right and provided extra ketchup, tartar sauce and even included fresh lemon and vinegar for my fish n' chips. Excellent job!

Delicious diner food. Great service and a perfect place to go with a family or if you have a wine hangover! We loved it. Plus the atmosphere is a lot of fun!

A great little restaurant. They serve breakfast throughout the day as well as lunch and dinner options. There are salads available if you want to eat light or if you looking for a vegan snack and there's always highs for dessert.

Restaurants welcomes toddlers teens adults as well as aging adults it is handicapped accessible there are bathrooms for use parking is free and abundant I'm not sure if they allow service animals they're open from 6 a.m. till 10 p.m. I have found myself there on a number of occasions each time I'm greeted in a friendly manner most of them remember where I like to sit for what I like to drink I always find it clean the food cooked to order and the staff friendly.

Our server, Mike (Michael?) was the best! Mom and I had a great meal and were very well taken care of.

Generous portions, reasonable prices, and friendly staff! Hash browns were perfect; golden brown and crispy. Biscuits were hot and fresh, gravy was delicious. Every bite of this meal was amazing!

Had a great breakfast, there was an issue with one of our items and they swapped it now without hesitation.

Going to black bear diner is always a fun experience, I can never finish my plates and I always have leftovers for later! If only all restaurants were like this. The waitresses and waiters are always very nice and comfortable to be around. If you haven't been to black bear I recommend getting the bread pudding and the tri tip dinner. It's perfect together! Parking is very easy to find and is accessible to the disabled and elderly as well. If you love bears and can eat like one, this is the place to go for you to go!
