Staples

A lot of chain stores don't have staff who help much. Staff members at this Staples were more than helpful and assisted me as if I were a regular customer. I only go when I need something. Unlike shopping at Amazon, one can see what you're getting. More than once what Amazon offered, wasn't what I was expecting when it arrived. At places like Staples, what you see is what you're getting, and someone can answer questions.

I went in to but a printer and Rachael helped me make a great decision. She saved me money by helping me with the app and helped me maximize my rewards! She was outstanding in every way. Clone her if you can!

This is my go to store for supplies like paper and ink etc. for myself and for my church where I serve. Great service and the rewards program is really nice.

I came from the Long Beach Staples and they were so horrible … wouldn’t help me with anything 🥹 so I drove to this one and RICK was amazing ! Problem-solved! Handled all the customers with care! You guys have an amazing employee he deserves a raise !

Rick in the print shop was so helpful! I needed a poster trimmed to fit and look better in a frame, and he made the two cuts on their special wide base cutter and didn’t even charge me. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, but not here!

This location has very Good Deals. I was looking for new phone stand that sticks to the dash. Surprisingly enough Staples makes one that costs only 19.99. Much less than the leading brands. The staff was very helpful even though I found what I was looking for including the restroom.

Excellent service, patience, and a great deal of help from Julio in the Print/copy Dept. He helped solve my issues and was professional, friendly, and kind. (Two days in a row). An employee to appreciate. A 5 star employee.
