Deb S and Erica were so helpful when I was trying to recently purchase a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. I informed them that there was sale price over the jeans I wanted but they were described differently, and I was not sure if those specific jeans were on sale. They explained that they would honor the sale price to my surprise. They were very kind and professional. I will return to this store in the near future.

I absolutely love Kohl's. Ileana, from the Crete, Illinois store is bright, helpful, friendly, and professional. Not to sound condescending, comparing experiences with younger employees at other stores, Ileana is exceptional. She is wise beyond her years. She gets my vote for employee of the year. She represents how an employee should be. Kohl's, please do right by her. She going to go far and I hope it's with Kohl's.

The store manager is so nice, as well as the associates. The store is always clean and well stocked unlike Highland and Merriville. Crete is the only store I will shop at. A big Thank You to Tony who was such a Big help to me with a very big return.

The Crete Kohl’s store is an absolutely amazing store. A beautiful clean fully stocked friendly caring helping in serving customers. If you’re not satisfied with your product you can bring it back with receipt and date of purchase within so many days. My favorite store for clothing shoes and household products. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐😊
