AT&T Store

I had the best experience with this store. First of all Christan,Valdy,and Victor are all great assets to your company! They are very professional,efficient and knowledgeable. I am a customer of your competitor and have never even thought about AT&T but after my interaction with these 3 employees, I may have second thoughts. I would recommend this store to anyone. Keep up the excellent job!

I would like to thank Nick for his wonderful customer service. I stopped in to return two phones for trade in. Nick was quick to help without hesitation, after stopping in twice to another store without resolve. It’s difficult to find great customer service these days, and I feel an employee as such should be recognized. Thanks again Nick!

I came into the store in a terrible mood and encountered some truly ridiculous corporate policies that I'm fairly certain are only in place to make grown adults feel like they have to grovel for the privilege of accessing their own phones.

Despite that, Brandon was very helpful and patient and accommodating. Thank you for lovely service.

Nick is one of the best representative that I've ever worked with. The upgrade flow was smooth and easy. I've got all the answers to my questions. Store manager Ashantie her deputy Ryan and Nick set up a proper expectation for my upcoming bill, what to expect and treatedmein a very friendly manner. Service was outstanding. Our family was changing over from Verizon to ATT (6Lines) and we thought it was going to be a terrible experience. This is by far the best AT&T store I have ever been to. The representative Nick was the most professional and very thorough. I left with a new phone AND new U-verse service because he was that great. Their manager Sam was also great. She really treats her employees well and listens to exactly what you need. If you need any type of AT&T services, this is the store to go to.

Today on August 1, 2021. We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Gray again. We first met Nicholas 3 years ago. I still had his card and remembered him by his cheerful greeting. Nicholas is an absolute delight! He is truly an asset to AT&T. I have an autistic son and Nicholas takes the time to help and explain everything we need. He makes sure all of my son’s apps load and work, which is so Important to my son. Nicolas is the only reason I returned to this location and still after 3 years he was cheerful, helpful and a joy to deal with. Nicholas should be recognized for his high level of customer service!!

Your associate Branden was fantastic! Took care of me right away. Not only did he resolve my issue but turned my problem into a trip that ended up being beneficial to me. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable guy.

The service technician/ representative at the AT&T store in Coral Springs on State Road 7 was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and kind. . He showed us the differences between operating our new phones compared to our older phones. He also remedied some storage issues I had with my iCloud account and transferred all contacts and photos to the new phone.
During this visit we switched service providers and it was a much smoother process than last time we switched carriers. AT&T has a very efficient and streamlined process for switching to their phone service. Also our new phones take much better quality photos and are easier to operate and the volume and reception is better. Thank You!

I had wonderful experience with the customer service I received yesterday with Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the promotions and what was best for me. She also saved me money. I previously went to another Coral Springs AT&T store, that I will not mention, and was extremely unhappy with customer service. I got poor service and bad information. If you need to understand your options on what is available make sure you request Stephanie at Turtle Crossing. Even if you have to wait to speak with her it will be well worth it.

Worked with Nick to get a new phone and upgrade to Direct TV. He was AMAZING! I could not have asked for better Customer Service. Very friendly and professional. The manager, Sam was also very accommodating. Wonderful staff!

Amazing Experience. Came in to pick up an order I had placed online and inquire about another that had been cancelled by AT&T with no explanation. Sara was so gracious, knowledgeable, patient, and nice. Great service, which has become very rare nowadays specially around the holidays!

My husband and I came in to switch our lines from Sprint and we’ve never had a better experience with any other phone company. As soon as we came in, we were greeted and Matthew talked to us about the promotions going on. He went above and beyond to ensure we walked out of there happy and we most definitely did.
