Home Depot is one of our favorite stores in the area, we are so lucky that we have a store so close to us, they always have what we need but specially the costumer service experience its amazing, this weekend we had an outstanding customer service experience with Kat, she went above and beyond to help us, there are not many kind, humble and very helpful people in this world and also that care so much about the costumer service experience they give to their costumers. I had to ask her name thats how great she was, she deserve 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

Just bought a Weber Grill from the Coconut Creek Store on Sunday….delivered and assembled FREE got it today. Great delivery driver, very Helpful!! I MUST give props to the salesperson who helped me in the store. Her name is Katrina, this lovely girl went above and beyond helping us determine which type grill we wanted. She is an amazing employee of Home Depot! Hope the store appreciates how valuable she is!!

Customer service was above and beyond I encountered Keith in plumbing and there was nothing this man didn’t know! Very impressed with his knowledge this department was impeccably clean and organized customer service overall in this store makes a very hard to navigate store easier than expected.

Shout out to Jim, from the electrical department. He is the most helpful person ever! He was kind, knowledgeable, and spent well over an hour with me throughout all the sections I needed support,
Helping me build my project with each and every thing I needed in an optimal way. He is AMAZING!!!! Id never be able to navigate it without him.

This store has hired a lot more staff. I had no problem locating help when I couldn’t locate something. They have discontinued incandescent flood lights unless you want a large box. Since the price of LED has dropped somewhat it isn’t a bad thing. They have a We are hiring sign if anyone is looking for work. The employees were very helpful! Hot dogs at the exit for those who need to “Get things done” instead of cooking.

I had a wonderful shopping experience today , thanks to Hugo in the garden center. Hugo anticipated my needs as he saw my cart overflowing. He told me to ask for assistance at checkout. Hugo was waiting for me at checkout .
What a nice man and so helpful .

Friendly service and looks great after Remodelation

Between this Home Depot, the one in Deerfield Beach and the one in Pompano, this is by far the best. The store is clean, well stocked, organized and the staff's friendly. I live closer to the Deerfield Beach location, but I come to this one because it's a faster drive (don't have to get on Hillsboro) and I know they'll have what I need.

CAT WAS THE CASHIER & GAVE EXCELLENT DIRECTIONS TO THE AISLE THAT HAS LIGHTING.JAIME ,A STORE ASSOCIATE GAVE ME THE EXACT PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR.A TRULY SEEMLESS EXPERIENCE.

I love it. Staff is very professional. You get everything you required for your home. Look for things in sell too.

I needed to rent a drywall vac. Reserved it yesterday, for rental today. I only got Bob’s name but I also spoke with two other employees. All 3 were super friendly and helpful. The vacuum was ready for me when I got there. It was clean. Worked well. Returning the vacuum was as easy as picking it up.

Manager Dave Carpenter has gone out of his way to help me with my countertops. It started to turn into a bad situation and he was able to fix it. Thank you Dev for being logical, attentive and responsive.

Gus was working outside and was so kind to come help me load sand bags into my car. Very appreciative he went out of his way and offered to help me. Thanks Gus!

It's Home Depot...same as most other Home Depot's! They've got everything...except what I was looking for. Oh well...

Store was stocked well. Customer service was excellent. Comes highly recommended.

Clean, organized and uncluttered. Nice shipping experience. I did the self check out and there was a friendly attendant to help if you need it.

Home Depot is Home Depot wherever you go. The one notable thing here was that I found workers who were nice and willing to help, one really funny worker, and a very capable cashier. It turned out to be a pleasant and productive day for me at this store.
PS. There's a McDonald's, T-Mobile, and Petsmart at the entrance of the parking lot if you need those services while here. The photo is from the opposite corner.

Excellent customer experience by a young man named Andrew in your Coconut Creek store. He took the time to help me, displayed patience, kindness and made sure I found what I needed. Kudos to this young man we need more like him in this world.
