Clean and well organized store. I didn't have to wait at all. Very friendly workers. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and got my print order done quickly and correctly.

Had an awesome experience at this store. Salesman went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. We rarely see that these days. Will definitely be back. Also feel like we got a very fair price on a nice office chair. Great experience.

Have used the printing service multiple times, and they are super helpful, and very nice. You get their full attention, help with questions or problems, and the order is always ready early and done perfectly. This is my go-to for when I need printing that looks professional quality. I have never been disappointed.

I received excellent customer service from Troy. I was looking for an office chair , he asked me questions and offered a lot of good options and suggestions for me. He noticed the sign for the chair didn't show the sale price and he switched it immediately. Its rare to feel like someone genuinely wants to help you.

Last week I was there and bought a printer cartridge. I spent days trying to get it to work. Finally I looked at the old one and realized I was given the wrong one. I went back yesterday and even though I no longer had the package and Receipt, Nicole the operations manager made sure I was taken care of. Nicole is the poster child for what good customer service looks like.

The store is so clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. You see people this amiable in movies, but I didn't expect a store full of them. 🙂

I had a very easy and pleasant experience with the self-serve printer today. Sometimes I'm technologically challenged if the process is more than just click and print. I had to print a 27 page black and white document from my email, hidden inside 5 other responding emails (cheap, too- just $3.24). The OfficeMax employee easily and quickly walked me through the steps and explaind how to do the print job. I walked out very satisfied and relxed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! We purchased a desk chair and toner. The chair was brought up to the register and ready when we checked out. An employee took it out to the car for us. The next day when I came back to return the toner, (bought the wrong one) the cashier asked about the chair and if we were satisfied. Another employee assisted me in ordering the toner to be delivered to my home as it was not in stock! Impressive customer service by all!

Best service ever by all the employees! Ted, an employee, came over and asked if I needed help with anything, so I told him what I was looking for, hanging file folders and regular folders. He took me where I could find the folders and asked if I planned to purchase anything else! When I Ted no, he was kind enough to carry all the boxes up to the register and rang my purchase up even while others were in line at another register to purchase things. I love Office Max and have been using this store for many, many years!

Just needed a quick fax done. The store had changed the process and equipment they used for faxing. The clerk was very helpful. He gave me the form I needed to fill out, then processed the fax once I was done. Quick and easy.

I always come to this office depot, sometimes I don’t get any help and just get stared at/followed around. But i’m writing this review based on my experience today, I asked a gentleman if there was a faster way to copy my papers and he did it all for me and showed me. He then in a very professional manner left me and went to help a man waiting to check out. He seemed to really like his job!

Was provided some great help by some of the employees. Young lady working the register took extra time to make sure I got all credits / discounts / rebates available to me and then made sure they were applied in the most favorable way. Apparently there are a few younger people working at OfficeMax who actually understand and implement true customer service.

Store is clean and well o0rganized. Staff are helpful and actually available to render assistance. Staff are well trained in their positions and do not become overwhelmed by out of the ordinary transactions. A good place to shop for office supplies and related items. Merchandise is in stock 99.99% of the time and in the rare instances when it is not staff are equipped with a hand held computer device to advise where the closest store is that does have the item in question in stock. Always a pleasant experience free from frustrations and/or annoyances.

I work for myself from home as a consultant and couldn't do it without Office Max! They do my tech support, back office copying and printing, and all my office supplies. Their staff are amazing! I always feel like a valued customer and they are very knowledgeable and attentive.Best of all, I never have to search for staff because they are always there offering to help me out.

I walked in, waited at the counter for the clerk to finish up with a customer. After about a minute, a young man approached me offering an alternative. Do it myself. He walked me through the process and I was out the door in less than five minutes, having printed documents necessary for traveling out of the country. Very pleased.

Great staff, friendly, helpful, kind and professional. Competitive prices. Well-stocked. Clean, quiet, safe environment. My go-to office needs store.
