Kohl's

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the young lady at checkout. She gave me a big smile upon arriving and was patient with me while I searched for my Kohls card. She explained that there would be no additional % off due to time of purhcase, but 1/2 of the rewards points would be added to my balance should I decide to use my Kohl's card rather than another. Very sweet gal - thanks EVA!

I had a young gal who was very friendly and very helpful. Since my cart was very full & I usually get the Senior discount but with buying so many items I asked if it was possible to get a better percentage- she did agree & I did appreciate it very much. Thank you!! Darleen

Great store and bigger than I expected. Very nice folks all around. Clean and easy to navigate.

This Kohl’s store is clean and welcoming, the employees are friendly and helpful. The online pickup is actually quicker now than waiting for curbside pickup was, you just take a stroll to the back of the store and grab your order from a numbered bin, or if it’s a large item, right in front. Easy process.

There are a few clearance Christmas items still available. Otherwise, it's back to normal merchandise and pricing, which is quite expensive. A cute paisley dress with a cover for my seven year old granddaughter, and I was looking at $69.99!

The Kohls store in Oak Creek is great. Always very clean and everyone who works there are very nice. Great team they have! Amelia is a great associate. Always so polite and helpful. Great person on your team

I has a pair of boots set aside at customer service. The associate who waited on me Sarah M. was most kind and efficient.

I used the self checkout for the first time and the Kohl’s associate was more than helpful.

Good I got my red shoes on clearance and I needed them because I’m going to a RBD concert in Arlington Texas on September 29th and the RBD concert is on September 30th the red shoes is part of my outfit lol 🙂😁

The store has been upgraded and no longer messy, the customer service lady was exceptionally helpful and very friendly and a young gentleman carried my microwave that I bought out to my car. Very good experience. Thank you

I just have to say that I recommend coming here soley based on the customer service I was provided by a woman with Tiffany glasses. I believe her name started with a "T". She handled my return fast and efficiently and pointed me in the right direction to get the product I needed. She was very professional and actual nice to deal with! I would go back just for her!
