Excellent and convenient with prices I think are better than most hardware stores and selection even for hard to find items . Did you know for less than 10.00 you can put bike lights on your bike and avoid an accident or death . Friendly people work here .

We love this Ace Hardware store!
It has a great inventory of tools, home and building supplies, outdoor furniture, outdoor dishes and accessories, outdoor decor, and many other interesting items that you probably don’t even know that you need or want.
They deserve more than 5 stars for their absolutely excellent customer service! Their staff is always friendly and helpful!
That is why we keep going back and recommending them to our friends!

Greg and the crew in the key department came through, big time! I needed a spare key for my RV and because it had a FOB that needed to be programmed, it was a special order. They got it in quickly and got me back on the road. Very grateful for the excellent customer service!!

I cannot rate this store any higher than 5 stars, but if I coul⁹d I would. This Ace Hardware is very clean, beautifully organized and the customer service is top notch. I especially want to recognize David for his customer service.

I needed a particular electrical connector for my project. He noticed me picking out and replacing packets hanging on the wall. He came over offering his help. I explained what I needed and he patiently helped me search. Even though the part only cost 2.19, he treated it like it was a major purchase. I thanked him for his help, paid for the purchase and went home and completed my project. It was so nice to experience REAL customer service again.

Awesome store!! As I always say....they will have 1 of just about everything. I feel that the selection may not be as large as at one of the box store home improvement stores. But, they have most items. And, you can easily get assistance from their great staff!

I deal with lots of folks at here in Palm Springs and Palm Desert that just need a little help. At this place (Ace) there were 2 people to help everywhere I went. If you need a little help or a lot of help, don't get lost in the box. These folks love their jobs. Amazing how much time I save here...

I stopped in to get an air filter for my ac. From the pictures, you can tell I got side tracked.

They have a wide array of Modernism items. I had a hard time walking away from the acrylic glasses. Kali scope of colors make it a fun addition to any poolside party.

Yet, it is a hardware store with everything one might need for that house pesky house repair.

My husband and I came into ACE to look at outdoor furniture. Steve came up and introduced himself and asked a few questions. He led us to something he thought we’d like. We looked at other options but ultimately came back to what he first suggested. He knew what we wanted even before we did! Steve was patient and VERY knowledgeable about the products we discussed. HUGE THANK YOU to Steve for his guidance, humor and professionalism.

Great staff. So friendly and helpful. Locally owned and I always try to shop here. They carry some really great housewares and patio furnishings.

Ace at this store is so professional and friendly. They greet you at the door and the staff will take you were you need to go and then find it for you. Highly recommend.

How can a hardware store one quarter the size of the big box stores have more of what you actually need? The staff is amazing - intimately familiar with the unique housing stock in the area and ready to problem solve whatever you throw at them.

These guys raise the bar on the customer experience. You'll be asked multiple times while you are shopping if you need assistance. Great selection and prices with an amazing assortment of housewares and niche item. I always find the hardware supplies I need, from picture hangers to plumbing to garden and painting supplies to outdoor furniture. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Top notch all the way.
