Easy pickup, a bit slow on getting the product ready but all went well.

Nice place to visit , but I went for a job interview and things just kept getting worse by the minute . It's good , if your a cyborg . That many hours and rules are for the birds . The people were very nice . But company rules and regulations , on top of the million hours they want you to work . Not a good fit . For me anyways.

It's always a win, win, situation when I'm selecting my furniture or picking up. Customer service is always on point. Very helpful on floor and patient in helping my family and I choose what we are looking for. Living spaces pick up distribution center for customers is also a smooth transition- getting IN! And getting OUT! Thanks Living spaces awesome job...

Ordered a sofa online and it was way cheaper than buying in store. I pulled the rental truck up to the dock, the guys loaded it for me, secured it, and I was on my way. They were super friendly and organized. From checking in with security to leaving took only 10 minutes.

I was like 2 hours early for work, near by I decided to ask the nice security person, if it was ok that I parked and balanced my check book . Then I went to work, the place seems well kept that's about all I can say

Love my entertainment center. For the price great deal. And I love the color of the cabinet. They should continue to use more color options. I'm so done with brown and similar colors. My cabinet is sort of a weathered green.

Great experience with this location and dealing with the shipping and receiving end of the business. Lot's of room to move around, and back your semi-truck we're it needs to be.

Even thou they are busy, they still gave me an amazing service and they helped me load my truck with the mattress I bought. The staff is cool and friendly, and I felt like they have pride of their work. Best place so far to pick up furniture

I had a bad experience with Customer Service when I placed my order. I had to drive 2 hours to get my furniture. I was very upset. But once I arrived to Rialto Distribution Center, I was kindly helped by Ruben, Perry and the managers. They went the extra mile to get my items while I was there. Great experience at this place! Thank you for your help!!

I had furniture delivered today and a two person team handled the delivery to my apartment in Palms, Los Angeles. Their names were Maria and Christian. I had a real heavy queen sofa bed and four tables. My window for delivery was 2pm-6pm.

The delivery was on time and they did a great job. That heavy sofa bed was delivered to the 2nd floor. I offered to help, I'm 5' 11" and 220 lbs, but they insisted that they would handle it all without my help.

So if you want your furniture delivered, ask for Maria and Christian. I give them both a 100 score.

Living Spaces in Rancho Cucamonga best place to buy your furniture wouldn't buy it nowhere else because everything that Living Spaces sale it's solid wood all my furniture that I have is from In Living Spaces at least the stuff that I bought it solid wood I haven't came across anything that hap falling apart so keep up the good work and thank you again PS you will be seeing me again sometime next year thank you again

The gentleman that helped us load our purchase was fantastic!! Very nice man and very helpful.

I am a truck driver and they got my load ready and loaded fairly quickly. Sadly I got to enjoy LA rush hour traffic.

Good experience. Too many people at noon for pick up but just left and came back at a later time and it was empty. I was out of there fast.

I worked here for a 6 month term an all the people. Staff, dock workers, managers, even security were great people.

Such a great place beautiful furniture and some of the best employees I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Was great but no wifi. Waited to pick up furniture, could of been on wifi, like other stores

customer pickup.... Follow the signs and go up to the black gate . Before entering there's a guard shack to the left and a ramp to the right. Once you enter the customer pickup is on the right up the ramp.
