Newton Et Cetera Shop

My favorite Thrift shop, canvas belts are a quarter (one armed tip, canvas belts are great at holding things together not just your pants.) OK book selection. Great clothing. And so much more changing daily.

A lovely lady who volunteers here sent us when we were passing through town. Great prices. Clean store. Nice ladies.

This place is fabulous. Great prices, clean,
organized, super cute. I was suprised they even had some plants. Never saw a thrift store with plants. (I don't think you should necessarily go there expecting that but it is truly et cetera and it's great.) Awesome if you craft especially sew. They sell so many things you don't see, at least as well displayed, at other thrift shops. They also make their own rag rugs and have a reusale bag making program. The people that work there are so nice, they tolerated me ranting about how great it was at check out just fine. They will be getting much of my donations from now on.

This is an amazing place! High quality second hand items. Clean and well organized. Excellent customer service that is taking care to keep the community safe during a pandemic. Their mission of supporting peace is meaningful and I am glad my dollars can make a difference.

For work today I got to do some volunteering with a student and shopped with a super fun find! Not every day to you find things with braille on them!

I love this place and I've dropped in here every time I've passed by Newton for years. I found a great mid-century fruit bowl today for a whopping dollar! Not much in the way of men's clothes today, but it looked like plenty in the ladies section, some stylish looking stuff too. Don't let my luck keep you from coming, I've had great clothing buys here before and their goods are always priced to move, so I'd guess their stock changes over quickly!

This is my absolute favorite thrift store ever. They have fabulous items with great prices. Really helps the low income households in Harvey County. Also they provide such wonderful grant money to local charities as well as around the world. Best shopping experiences.

Really fun place and some excellent bargains to be had. Very clearly signposted sections, from clothing to shoes to table linens to books to children's items and more, and prices are uber-low for some high quality items. Very friendly people serve you - I believe at least some are volunteers - and all proceeds to a very worthy cause, Mennonite Central Committee. Worth a visit - you'll snag a bargain for sure!

I love Et Cetera! I have been coming here for many years with my family and friends. I no longer live in the area, but every time I come back, I'm sure to stop in! Great items for great prices. :)

Best thrift shop ever! This truly is my local favorite! You can almost always count on a bargain of some sort or another and the staff working is friendly and quite helpful in helping you load your big finds into undersized vehicles!

Love this place. They are nice to just browse if you’re not looking for one thing in particular. I got nice sweaters there, the staff was helpful.

I love the Newton Etcetera Shop! They always have something new. Their merchandise is good quality and fairly priced. They offer clothing for the whole family... even plus size & petite too. Fabric and notions, sporting goods, furanture, books, toys, dishes and more. The staff is helpful and friendly.

If you know what you're looking for, this a great place to shop. Staff are friendly, products sold are clean, atmosphere is very laid back and helps shoppers not feel rushed. Overall, Newton is lucky to have a place like this.

I really like to shop at this store because you can find nice things and they are reasonably priced. The people who work there are very friendly &helpful.

I love donating to this shop. They're currently taking donations on Wednesday & Friday. Shopping here is always a changing treasure chest of wonderful items.

We always find treasures at the Et Cetra Shop. Came home with Born boots, gorgeous purse, couple of long sleeve shirts, Bible and vintage butter knife. ❤

I love shopping there, even with the Corona- 19 I do not mind for my safety and theirs to wear a 😷 and bagging my stuff, I REALLY missed shopping there during the stay at home order ♥

You can find nice things at good prices. And on the 4th Tuesday of each month everything is half price. Which is very nice.
