This review goes out to Josh at the Park City location. We purchased our RV a few months ago, but we are still waiting for our tow vehicle to be mfg. After purchasing our new Solitude 5th wheel, Josh delivered the RV to the house. About a three months later, we called Blue Compass to see if they could move our RV to a new location, as we are still waiting for our new tow vehicle. We live about 5 miles from the store, but Josh came right over and moved our RV to a new location. This is customer service that goes above and beyond the point of sale! Josh is a super helpful, friendly knowledgeable and accommodating gentleman. Kudos to Blue Compass RV and to their employees like Josh!

I'm totally elated with my brand new Grand Design AIM Imagine travel trailer. It is the best fit for me and my family and has fantastic features and superb quality throughout. I was very impressed with our Sales Repr Michelle Boyd. She was very friendly and professional. Josh Castonaga, our Service Tech did our walk through at pick up. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. As a new RV owner I had many questions and concerns. He addressed them all with patience and competence. Overall customer service exceeded expectations. I'm totally satisfied and highly recommend them!

If you are wanting to consign your camper for a fair price and in a timely manner, you need to contact Evan at Harper Camperland in Park city Ks. They were very easy to work with and kept us in the loop as to how the process was taking place. He answered all of the questions we had and it didn't take very long to sell our camper. We would highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a 2022 Grand Design Transcend from Great Bend but took delivery at Park City. The staff at the Park City location was Amazing! Dylan did our walk through and was very thorough on explaining the details of our camper. There was a small dent in in the bedroom door but the PARTS MANAGER, Brittany was able to order it and have it to us very quickly. And it was CRYSTAL clean on the inside and out. All around outstanding customer service from Finance to Parts and Service. They will forever have our business!
