They do a great job getting parts quickly and the staff are great at follow up as well.

Have always had great service and help when here. Yesterday there was a hiccup when I went in for a blinker bulb. Guy brought me the bulb(s) and I questioned the bulbs but he said they were correct. Got home. Wrong bulbs. Drive back to town (12 miles) and a different guy got me the correct bulbs. Original guy was there but seemed somewhat oblivious about it but the second guy was very prompt and apologized and I appreciated that. Overall, O'Reilly's is a great place and excellent staff. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

on September 9, 2022 my daughter was on her way to Manhattan and her car started acting up and her check engine light was on. I told her to go to an O'reilly's and they can check it. She went to the one at 1726 NW Topeka Blvd in Topeka. The young man working, named Chris, was so very nice to her. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to help her out. He worked on her her car for almost 2 hours and did some work to it that a mechanic would do and didn't even charge her. This young man has no idea what a blessing he was to me taking care of her when I was more than 2 hours away. She made it home safely and I want this company to know that it is people like Chris that restores my faith in humanity. I know some of these young kids don't understand what "good customer service" is but this young man was a saving angel to me. Thank you Chris for looking out for my baby girl.

Very friendly very helpful I enjoy going there because I they explain things to me that I don't understand and I really appreciate it and they don't do it in like a controlling kind of way they doing a very friendly way for me and that's good I appreciate these guys I've been going there for many years I've been here since the 2000 I shopped O'Reilly's media times and will continue to do so

The staff is always friendly and ready to help answer any questions I may have and find the parts that I need. Couldn't ask for a better experience

Had a good experience with employees they were accommodating and tried to make sure that I left there with the right parts as they do every time which is very appreciated when you got to drive 35 or 40 miles to pick up parts hate to have to drive all the way home and come back because I got the wrong stuff thank you for your attentiveness to making sure that customer leaves with the right parts thank you

Best OReillys I've been to. The Clerks are all super helpful and knowledgable. Very willing to give you assistance with all your needs. The store is managed superbly.

Oriellys is always better prices than Auto-Zone...and their staff take the job seriously. They won't do silly stuff like help you walk around the store looking for blinker fluid or have you walk walk across town to their store in search of a slim jim and then sell you beef jerky. Its closer to the house for me and personally I think it seems like a better quality product.

Always go here for parts for my vehicles, most of the time they have the parts I need in stock and hardly ever have to order them, which is great because usually when I'm working on a project I need the parts that day.

Had to get a new battery and the staff was helpful and friendly. They replaced the battery fore in less than 5 mins.

Each time I have been in the store the people there have been very helpful and didn't talk down to me because I am a woman

They helped me with a free computer diagnostic that pinpointed the problem. Then had the part delivered before noon.

Better than autozone. They have the knowledge base of what a customer needs. Never disappointed.

Needed a power multiplier they had multiple ones to chose from and found just a t the one I needed, have been looking for two weeks
