I've always loved this store! Big fan of the breads and the meats. I enjoy the friendly chats and help from the employees.

Unbelievable selection of super fresh produce at great prices! This amazing Mexican-American market has some of the most hard-to-find spices and specialty items that I will frequently drive down to Mexico to find! Great customer service! Super friendly and knowledgeable bakers in the bakery section with amazing!!! Selection!!! Of fresh birthday cakes & authentic Mexican baked goods! Highly Recommend this fantastic market!

This Cárdenas is very clean as all the items you could imagine you need for a family barbecue or to get by the whole week. Alcohol options are good. Plenty of freshly made food to take home and enjoy. I would highly recommend this location.

Well who doesn't love Cardenas you have all the yum thing here to find in one stop .the only thing is the bakery cake lady has a little ugly attitude .other then that this place is starting to improved i love the one in perris in perris st by mini mall swatmeet.

Fresh food there tacos are delicious not a lot of money, great deals.

First time here. I liked that they have food that you can buy like at a restaurant. Always love getting the bread.

I find many things to buy here. Awesome bakery with fresh goods daily. They have a tortilla factory making an assortment of fresh items. You can have a meal since they have a kitchen with almost anything you can think of. The market has a meat counter, fresh produce, fresh salsa, guacamole, and much more! I'm never dissappointed. Always well stocked with plentiful items I come home happy every time. Not all the staff speaks English but there are enough to help in case you need assistance.

As far as being crowded it depends on what time you go. I don't know a best time since I go and then the next time at the same hour it is different. The employees are always busy but ready to help.

I suggest going early for baked goods. They have many but sometimes I have gone in and found some of my favorites unavailable. :(

I continue to go to Cardenas and today 8/3/2023 they were busy! I had a shredded beef burrito for lunch while I waited for the lines to wind down. I also bought some Mexican breads to take home. Still a great store!!

I keep finding things to enjoy!!
I love their salsas especially salsa fresca.
If you want food prepared for you they have a wonderful assortment of things to eat. They will make you a number of burritos, tacos, chile rellenos, with rice and beans (or not). I have not had their breakfast menu but it looks great 😃! They sell so much prepared food (ribs chicken, pork, guacamole, tortillas, corn tortillas, flour tortillas, corn chips,...). It's a great place to shop and they have daily deals and specials.

Great produce. Good selection. Prices are very competitive. The deli is amazing.

Marita is a hard worker! Getting people in and out on her first day back from injury! Respect!

Cardenas is by far one of my favorite places to shop!! They always have great specials and selections. I always enjoy the atmosphere and the wonderful smells wafting from their in-house bakery, tortillaria, and restaurants!! It's heavenly!!! Their staff is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and courteous. It is an authentic Mexican grocery store, but most of the staff is bilingual. They have fresh produce and meat, and they have a payment center for bill paying. There's a wide range of other stores located in their proximity making it easy to run multiple errands at once. Ive been to many Cardenas, and love every single one of them. 5+ Stars!!

I love the food and candy, have a great selection. Good prices and I highly recommend getting the fresh baked goods.

I love going to Cardenas Market when I'm in the mood for Mexican food. One of my favorites there is their Beef Tamales and they sell them at a great price and they are heated and ready to eat!

Excellent prices, completely organic ingredients in the store branded tortillas.

This is a nice, clean store. It well organized, and has a great selection of items. I love their prices. The staff is friendly.

I haven't gone inside just yet but I can tell it is very busy. Good luck finding a spot next to the door. Besides parking I've never had any issues with this store so far.

The gentleman I dealt with when looking for something was very polite and helpful.. He did not just point me in the direction he actually walked me down the aisle and showed me what I was looking for, which is very hard to find with most places these days. Great customer service on his part

No matter where I shop for groceries I end up doing my produce at Cardenas they do need to work on the meat department and regular cuts of meat like ribeyes & Chuck-eye steaks. Hot food is better than half the restaurants in the area. But I need a little LESS chili peppers Serrano peppers IN the shrimp cocktail and ceviche. Still good I just have to pick them out lol

Great authentic Mexican food . All the employees are so kind and extremely helpful. The store has such a positive energy and almost gives a loose, fun experience. They make shopping fun and not a chore.
